I'm here in Texas and I'll be at Target Saturday morning. If I find an FOV 1/18 Tiger or Sherman, I'll post it here.

I can confirm, it was me who saw it. It is a pinkish tan with brown camo stipes. Pictures of both the GI and German figures on the sides (Dot pattern camo smocks, so not exactly accurate) Seemed to be 3 Sgts and 3 Privates (and 3 feldwebels too).

Jesse asked me for clarification, I was going to Pass on this thing, but I'll go snag it tomorrow (I saw it again this afternoon) and Take Pics/scans.

A Target in Fort Worth, Texas.

I just checked Evil bay and they haven't made it there yet
Thought about getting one even if it cost me a bit more, would help with the depression of all this holiday madness  Da General

The new box photos of the Tiger are a lot different than the Tiger photos on my Abrams box.
The Tiger photos on the Abrams box are a lot better.

The tiger...eh...not in the same class of weathering and detail as FOV's smaller size versions, but the troops, we can always use more troops!

I am very psyched for the troops. If they are just a bit better in person like the modern guys then we should be in fine shape. Variety is always welcome. I also like that at least 2 US guys have bandoliers. Ammo is doesn't get enough love! :D

Wow, this is better than I thought :P :D
With 6-8 new soldiers, I can have 20 different variations made out of them, perhaps more 8) New tanks and guys, now if they would make other vehicles from their 1/32nd line I'll be a VERY happy camper 8) 8) 8) Da General

Some initial observations:

- Bigger than the 21C tiger

- Articulated front and rear mud flaps. Nice touch..

- Tracks are wider

- Rubber road wheels, zimmerit, unit markings look great!

- Some "tools" like the tow cable are not molded on. Hopefully a hint of the future..

Missing are: Antenna, Engine compartment, cupola machine gun, smoke launchers, spare track, driver hatch doesn't open, ammo doors don't open.

G1......how much bigger is it than the 21c version? It's hard to tell looking at pics, especially when i have to keep scrolling back and forth. It's not just a dumbed down copy of their 1/16 Tiger is it?....though it doesn't appear to be that much too big.

ok never mind...dummy me....i just copied the pics to my computer and can see them fine now. It is a tad larger, especially length and height; appears to be about the same width, but it's not a significant difference.......certainly not 1/16.

Goody.

I'm sold... I cannot wait for the figures, but I can't wait for this Tiger either...

The size difference is barely noticeable, so I'm not concerned on that at all upon inspection there. I really REALLY am hoping the figures are soon to follow with weapons packs. The way they display those weapons at the bottom of the box just make you want a set of that stuff. Ammo, Germans with something other than K98 pouches... I'm giddy. :)

21st needs to get off the pot now... Time to up the anty on their part it seems. We'll see though, maybe those new FOV figures will remain inaccurate in deco? I'm trying to thnk of any green, that green, the U.S. wore.

A little weathering and it will look great. Gotta love those early road wheels! :D
