A Google search turns up very little on this tank - and most of what does come up is basically a repeat of the original quote.

My Spidey-sense is all a-tingle.

Two sets at the Carrollton, GA Wal-Mart. Another two at the Villa Rica, GA WM. So they at least made it to Georgia.

I was going to stop in the West Oaks TRU this Wednesday on my way to Orlando for a wedding, but I guess I won't now. Especially if it will endanger my two little ones. WTF?

I only have 11 so far, and of those I have 2 P-51s (B&D versions), 2 109s, and 2 262s. I'd have more but I live out in the sticks and my only source is WM - and we all know how sketchy they've been. I'm trying to avoid going all ebay and stuff - I like discovering them on my own.

I have to ask, since I have not collected SW since the originals back in the late 70's when they were $1.50 at Woolworth, but what is special about this particular figure?

Thanks Rowsdower and Panzer_m

I doubt I'll make it outside of Orlando so I'll have to pass on Merritt Island and that area, but thanks for the tip.

The TRU in Gville is easy since its right off I-75, and the SR50 WM isn't a bad drive from Winter Park so I'll check'em both.

Hey, Rowsdower - Do you ever check the WM up in Gainesville or any down in Orlando? I used to go to UF back in the 80's and hope to pass through G'ville on my way to my sister-in-law's wedding in Winter Park. And is it worth stopping in Ocala? Things west of Atlanta are dead, supply-wise, and I'm ho...

I hate when places try that garbage. I also collect vintage paperbacks and years ago I used to frequent a used bookshop that decided to start a collectible section (just happened to be the genre I was collecting -SF and Fantasy) where they would price stuff for its age without regards to condition -...

The problem with Wal-Mart, from what an employee told me, is that they will not restock an item until all of them are sold out. So, if you keep seeing the same old ME-109s or D-Day figs, it is because they are waiting for someone to come along and buy the remainder. The distribution also doesn't hel...

Friends have always had luck in GW, but not I. One pal dealt in vintage punk/new wave vinyl and would come out with armloads of stuff to put on ebay, but I've never found anything but Barbie junk for my daughter. Might be the area I'm in, though.
