i used pencil led it works great for oil marks and wear and also residue on the wings of planes from the guns..

boy, that sure doesn't look like it was bought in a thrift store. Looks like a 1/32 or 1/24 sea harrier model kit that's been bult up. Are you sure someone's not pulling your leg Derek? If not, i would quiz them down hard as to where they got it. If they don't give a good answer it's probably a gag...

I do believe thay called that an F-5 photolightning The P-38M was the black two-seater with the nose radar, maybe? If enough people had interest in other specific radar pods, I might be willing to work something up. I've been looking for good drawings of the Corsair pods but haven't found anything ...

The Navy did try to use the Radar Pods on some Avengers, but found out that the drag on the wing was too much of a hinderance to follow up on them. i just have two 5" nails in my walls 1 under each wing works perfect and when you want to take them down you dont have to mess with fishing line and all that annoying stuff but i do like buckys wall mount idea...
