Zero tail wheel
I know people in the other thread talked about an easier way of locking down the zero's tail wheel, but I just wasn't understanding the safest way to lock it without breaking it. I've tried but just can't get it to lock like the 21C Corsair. Can anyone give me clearer instructions on locking it and ...

BF 109E seats
Can anyone tell me if the newer versions of the 109E (such as the Galland or the nightfighter schemes) have the cockpit seats adjusted so that they can fit the larger pilots? I was going to modify the seat by reducing the peg, but it seems like the seat is already sitting rather low in the cockpit, ...

No Avenger or P51 at WOH
I was a little disappointed in this year's show as well. I drove up there expecting to see some nice new products, and maybe get some news on upcoming items, but other than two F104s, there was nothing to report. What bothered me was the fact that 21C was waiting until comic con to reveal the new P-...

colorful paint schemes
"The other problem with the Zero is the very limited schemes. It was a naval aircraft, so it never really wore the spotted camouflages. Unlike some other Japanese fighters, there weren’t lots and lots of big swatches of color or lightning bolts and flashes and things. Most of them were either overal...

hmm
just chiming in here, sounds to me that this guy Jerry Napier is still pretending that he has a son that is the cause of all of this, and there has been no evidence whatsoever of this autistic son even existing. If the woman you spoke to said her son is Jerry Napier, you most likely spoke to him and...

teamski, on your comparison photos, is that an original issue 21C midget pilot? do you happen to have a newer bigger pilot to make a comparison to the BBI one?

yup
that's what i thought. it seems that while every mold has had an inaccurate paint job or two, this is the only plane that has had every paint job be technically wrong. Oh, and I took off those rocket tubes the moment I got mine, and boy what a difference their absence makes. Come to think of it, I'v...

P-38L
forgive me if i'm wrong, but i was thinking about the p-38. according to the stencils, it's a P-38L (wish i had it in front of me while writing this). however, my question is: have any of the planes that have been represented by the different paint schemes actually been an L model? seems most of the...

repaints
hmm, i don't know. seems like they announced most of the p-47 repaints around the same time, and that became a big mess trying to find out which parts of the country were getting which paint schemes. i'm not complaining about repaints; i'm just bothered by them all coming out for the same plane at t...

repaints all in a row
here is one thing i don't understand from 21C, and i don't think anyone has talked about: why do they come out with one plane every few months, and then release ALL the repaints right at the same time? wouldn't it make more financial sense to release one paint scheme of a plane, then another plane, ...
