Another observation: There appear to be 13 total US Marine figures..i think we've only seen 9 up til now. The one in the picture in the bottom right hand corner may be a Japanese soldier. Anyone with fancy computer skills blow this picture up and see? http://69.93.119.2/photo/1/showphoto.php?photo=1...

yeah, i was afraid that was a 32x kubelwagen beside it. The clincher for me was the size of the shelf brace behind them. The tank has to be big and thus 1/18 scale. The knights are spectacular. I gather they're 1/32 as there appears to be no articulation and they come with little bases. They put my ...

Interesting repaint on the PattonTank too...

Looks like they're getting into movie liscenses.....i hope that works for them.

I've decided the Mk IV and the green M113 are 1/18. I am very happy. I have also officially cancelled my Stug scratchbuild (thanks God).

What a day for new info!

and what are those sci figures and the knights? Is that from some movie or something.

I noticed the mace windu but i figured that was from some new movie that he's in. One guy looks like he has a repainted snow trooper head..

well i emailed four times and got no responses. Emails didn't bounce back to me so they must have gotten through. It was several weeks ago i emailed.

Anyway, the item was the Navy Seals patrol boat. Shipping via USPS surface preferred to Toronto, Canada.

thanks.

My Stug scratchbuild is on hold pending hearing more about BBI future armour releases. I do wish they'd forthcome with some more info....I'm having trauma induced flashb...

FIrst off the info about the F-18 was posted by a board member many weeks ago and was said to have come from management at TRU. It would not surprise me if it is true as i don't think BBI would have produced it without a major retailer commiting to taking a bunch. Second, i fully expect the price at...

Ah so, that's a good explanation Acetow, thanks. Why would anyone use a split flap if it produces less lift and more drag then a plain flap? Would it be more correct to show the flaps on my FW-190D down during take off or up? I know flaps are always lowered for landings but i'm not so sure about tak...

The F-18 is supposed to be in TRU for Christmas. Perhaps the P-51 wil be too. I imagine over time BBI distribution will only improve, especially if demand for their products increases via customber requests.

Hmm.....doesn't look like somebody painted it that way as it looks to be made from tan coloured plastic. I hope this is a repaint...i'll happily get it.

The seller wants $20 shipping within the US, i notice.

I saw the ring on the joystick and broke it off and threw it out. Later i made a circular antanae for the belly out of an item from my spares box. Never occurred to me the piece i just threw out was the antanae!

Thanks again guys. Another question: I read that the Focke Wulf had 'split flaps'. What are those exactly? I think it's that the bottom half of the ailerons fold down to also act as flaps, as well as the main flaps themselves. Is that right? Also, would a FW-190D have flaps down for take off? All fl...
