Re: What Might Have Been ....Will The A-10 Become A Reality
I am very interested, and if this moves forward I will certainly try to save up the money. Although between tuition and textbooks I won't guarantee anything.

I saw this on banana hobby for $80 in like may, is the same model, and how much did you pay for just the aircraft alone??? I paid $159. That is a different model then I used, and is around 1/14 scale. It is also less detailed than the model I used: http://www.flyingstyrokit.com/30-north-american-b-...

Re: 1/18 Customs:B-25B -Finished, Sherman w/interior, Fuel t
Unfortunately no, the JU-88 is around 1/15 scale, the B-25 is more like 1/17 scale. Thanks, I've put a lot of work into the plane.Jnewboy wrote:WOW! The B-25 looks Perfect!! Is it in the same scale as the Ju-88 FSK makes??

Re: 1/18 Customs:B-25B -Finished, Sherman w/interior, Fuel t
Looks great. What did glue did you use? I ran out half way through mine and the glue I bought at the hobby store is melting the foam. Thanks everyone. The glues I used were Super Gold CA glue for the smaller stuff, and epoxy for load bearing components. Otherwise normal CA glue ie super glue, will ...

Re: 1/18 Huey B from JSI exclusive for Merit International
Jim, any chance you can ask jsi to fix the tail number? The correct tail number is 64170, with the 64 painted black and the 170 painted black. I know it is minor, but it would be nice to see fixed.

Re: What Might Have Been Or What Could Be....
I would love to see an A-10, but the most I can do is $350. With college at 40K a year, I'll be pressed to save even that amount. Good luck, but at that amount I'll just try to mess with the FSK Rc one.

Re: 1/18 Huey B from JSI exclusive for Merit International
It seems that 21st's / Motorworks version of the Huey is a C. Maybe one of the Wingnuts among us could explain the differences between the two, I'm more a tanker. :) They are basically the same. The B model had a different engine, and slightly different rotors and rotorhead. Otherwise, the exterior...

I could use a propellor for an Avenger, gear bay doors for a ME-262B, tailwheel doors for a P-51, and a grenade launcher for a Huey.

Somehow, due to the lack of a poll or any mod response, I doubt this will ever happen. Guess the decision is up to Foxehole.

Hi guys, I'd like to motivate you all and particularly the highest ranked among us to help Foxhole with the choice of the best diorama made for this contest. Of course, I'm personally interested since I've participated to it, so I'm assuming not to have a neutral opinion. A simple way could be to s...

What I would give for a 1/18 B-29...... I actually looked around to see if there was a good RC one to convert, and hardly any exist, and they are all balsa kits.Aviatornut.com wrote:I would be cool to see you make a 1/18 scale B-29

Re: 1/18 tank transporter?
No idea what it is, but I don't think it's accurate. Typically an Oshkosh HET is used to transport the Abrams, and the cab and trailer are completely wrong for that vehicle. Here is what it should look like: http://media.defenseindustrydaily.com/i ... _M1_lg.jpg
