It isn't the tank that's important. It's how well it will sell. I know that Tamiya made/makes a KV-II model. I wonder about the sales of that. I suspect that if the KV-I goes well a -II may be in the offing. It would be a fairly simple job to make a turret.

I saw a bunch of 1/32 planes @$32.99, others at $28.99, playsets @ $28.99 and ve3hicles @ $21.99. Their prices are generally a bit higher but always have been. That some particular items are priced outasight doesn't surprise me either.

My very first actual tank model was from COMET, back in the mid '50s, and it was a KV-2.

I didn't realize the Russian army could afford binoculars for their tank crews. And the German PzIV-F-1 crew appear a bit blase about their proximity to a KV, although the Russian is looking away and they'd have to be at about that range to have a good shot at a kill. On a slightly more serious note...

Is a "manclave" anything like an autoclave?

Maybe a form of vasectomy?

I am not sure what you mean by "different." Only that in some of the pix the compartment cover is on, in other pix it is off. How did you get the screwdriver in there anyway?

I collected 1/285 scale for over 30 years. The best players in that scale are CinC and GHQ. They both have websites you can access and there is a tremendous range of vehicles from trucks to tanks and Hummers to H-35s, both in terms of period (pre-WW2 to contemporary apocalypse) and type. Including a...

I've seen these FoW on line for several years. I did not know that they were available, retail, in the USA. They look like pretty neat little vehicles and there is quite a range available but they never fit in quite right scale-wise and the fact that they come as kits was a big drawback. They come o...
