Mark, good job, glad you got a reply! Did you get a name or contact info? Every time we hear from a 21st rep, it seems to be a different person with a different story. I don't think they actually have anyone assigned to "customer service".

21st XD is what got me started in 1:18 collecting. Now with the endless supplies of re-paints but new products few and far between, I'm moving more and more toward other manufacturers.
