My new purchase 1:16 - 1:18 scale M997 Maxi Ambulance.

It is very close to the 1:18th scale Hummer. I still need to clean it up, glue it, paint it, put the windows in and decal it. It is made by a Chinese company the I do not know the name of and cannot find it as it is in Chinese. The greatest thing is that I bought it at a model show in KC for only $5...

The Carrier deck tractor and fuel tractor with their crew and the Pilots should come. What is going on with their promises and delays?

There is a P-47 with "new toolings" that 21C was working on. I bet that that could be it. It would be nice to get a P-51A/B too.

TKJAER21: Do you know what unit the "Hogshead II" belonged to in Vietnam? Also, I've seen them on ebay going for big bucks. I'm hoping the JSI version will be cheaper than the 21st Century versions on ebay. Yes. This helicopter has a few other productions in the modeling business by Revell and MRC....

SUPERSONICFIFI: I'd rather have the JSI/21st Century "Hogshead II" version with the nose-mounted grenade launcher. I'm curious as to how much the "Hogshead II" will cost The Hogshead II are all over Ebay periodically. It is the most common 1:18 Huey to purchase. They are $80-$150 depending on the d...

Having experience in selling both as a lot and individually on ebay, I would think that (optimistically) you would get $1,730 for all that as a lot. Also, those prices would be boxed and in mint condition versions if you sold those pieces individually on Ebay. As a lot, perhaps $1,200. People are ju...

Also, using their philosophy towards the Western markets, they may just go ahead and make Eastern Block pilot figures and a...

That is the truth in people are not buying these things anymore at high prices. I could not even sell the entire ground collection and all of the figures for both the axis and allied 21C and BBI WWII arena that is out for $225.00 per lot. Yet, it seems that many will pay up to $80 or more for 1 tank...

Two things. I am out $250 dollars because I cannot replace a part in which I am willing to purchase. Even up to $100 as I offered to many e-tailers. That part did break after I had it separated from the main fuselage as I wanted to paint it and fell off of the table and onto a hard wood floor. So th...

So basically. I am out $250 and have to spend at least another $200 or wait for them to go on clearance some year. I think that as fragile as this hobby is. It is important to be able to get a replacement part. After all, I am not asking for it for free. I stated that I am willing to pay for it.

Should the 1:18 companies have a warranty or spare parts?

Should the 1:18 companies have a warranty or replacement parts available? The reason I ask is because this is a hobby and seems to not be on the shelf anymore. It not only help build a customer stronghold, but it would ensure that the product is in good hands when delivered to the collector/customer...
