The 21st century one i have is a 1/35 scale, it is the only scale they made so that would take a lot of pumping, so no I am just using it for reference.

No I do not have a Tamiya 1/35 to go off of, I have the 21st century one and pictures is all.

Yes wheels give me a problem a lot of the times need to get a hold of more accurate ones.

I have seen a bunch of knock offs coming out of China, I would say they still have the molds from 21st Century, and are still using them as they please.

Good advice, work I done was all on top I did not consider cutting off the side skirts but should have, will do that from now on. Am restoring a 1966 Galaxie 500 fastback 428 car now. Love working on the old cars, I restore all of them from the interior, to the body, and frame, and motor. It is a a lot of work fixing them, but love the way they turn heads when they are done.
