Bidding?
I have been in and out for the last 4 months, thus this question:
When did this B/S/T forum turn into a mini-eBay...bidding on items. In the last three years here it has all been done by naming a price and going from there. Bidding?
When did we turn the above corner?

WTS but getting a direction first....
My 1/72 and 1/48 plastic airplane kits are needing new homes:
Is there any intrest in some sort of a list for those of you who might consider them? Please LMK and I will provide details. Thanks for pondering these kits.

Ertl is a pretty well known toy/model maker, it should be relatively easy to track it down using the Ertl part number he listed in the auction. Planes aren't my primary gig, did the Grumman Goose have a military counterpart?? Yes there were...check these links out for the G-21's history: http://en....

MRC Easy Model
I had purchased an MRC 1/72 Easy Model-it had a problem Q/C-wise...the place I purchased from had the same problem with the same item on their shelf. I contacted MRC in Edison, NJ....very nice people....send the item to them, and they promptly sent me a (perfect) replacement-free, of coarse. Think I...

I respectfully disagree with those who say the price is ok. The comparison of the P-39 put out by FOV for $40 is a bit of apples to oranges because it's mostly metal and more expensive to produce. Secondly if 21C can package TWO 1/32 scale WW2 birds in duel packs and sell them at Wal Mart for $30 a...

That Tiger is gorgeous, but after the Tiger binge that I've gone through over the last year, I can't justify adding another one... I mean, due to the cost. If Unimax released a Tiger in Tunisian colours, I'd be the first in line to buy it. Until then, I'll just have to wait... and plot how I can hi...

it's only for the meeting, their nickname Tigers came from the time they were aboard the Clémenceau Aircraft carrier (before the Charles De Gaulle). Georges Clémenceau was the head of government during WW1 (former interior minister) and was nicknamed "Le Tigre" for his relentlessness during the war...
