although i do agree with aferg i believe they are keeping the door open. protecting your name is the first step. they cant do anything to the Chinese (JSI). heck the U.S. government cant get them to stop pirating dvds and other items. i wasnt making a statement more possing a question. I dont think...

Re: Admiral Toys...Missing in Action?
It's hard to say. They didn't seem to implode like 21st Century did. The fact that they were still considering new product after problems with moving repaints like the German F-86 and the grey Me-262 suggest that those situations were not as bad at they could have been. I'm just speculating of cour...

Here are some photos I used as reference for the Admiral Toys' Zero. I too used the referenced websites above and they led me to the group of guys that restored this aircraft. They write many of the articles on the various websites. http://i93.photobucket.com/albums/l79/jasonofadmiraltoys/fuse2.jpg ...

How many forum members will be pushing daisys before the Mosquito gets into our hands??????? trying be positive here VMF115, I got the point with...

Sorry, I just can't get excited about Admiral's anouncements anymore. I now officially have an "I'll believe when I see it" attitude when it comes to Admiral. Admiral seems to have become like Lindsey Lohan going on a crack binge now and then just to keep her name in the news otherwise everyone wou...

Re: I'm not exactly sure why, but...
Back to the F-4...I'd rather see Admiral pick up the ball on the Phantom (and there's been some hints from AT that this is not impossible)...let JSI get its game on with repaints & the Tomcat, and when it's time for something new, roll out the B-25...anybody with me on this...? Hell Yes!!!! Sorry, ...

Jason, From a retailers perspective this new scheme is not very attractive. While I like the Nose Art, another yellow-banded Sabre is beating a dead horse. Below I have attached a picture of an early Korean War F-86 Flown By Well Known Glen Eagleston. https://www.militarytoyshop.com/uploads/images_...

I'm generally a cranky not-so-old fart, so I'll rant a bit about my biggest Ebay pet peeve: I NEVER bid on anything with a reserve. If you know the lowest price you're willing to take on an item, then START THE FRIGGIN' BIDDING THERE. I ain't wasting my time otherwise. When I want suspense and myst...

Not a single wholesaler or retailer, including Walmart and Toys “R” Us will sign a guaranteed purchase order or pay for the production up front I don't think I would sign a guaranteed purchase order either and I love these models!! Lets face it, this is a niche hobby and trying to get it into the "...

I like it and would buy it but it sucks that 21st also made this same model so we get almost twice as many repaints. I also understand about repaints is what makes a company money but why not do a model that no one has made before? Then you can have all the repaints you want to do and as long as it...

Greetings: No offense is meant here, but I went to place my order, it was $26 for shipping to my location in PA. As much as I'd like to get the CL-13 for $5, I can't justify spending that much money on shipping for this airplane. I understand businesses are free to charge for shipping as they see f...

What if you've already got the plane. What if you want more than one (or one) of those awesome tanks? Anybody? Beuler? You can only receive one of the CL's; however, if you wish to order the tanks at the discounted price you may do so by stating 2nd order Promo tanks. They will double check your or...

You probably have to do something like the Wargame industry has done; set a break-even goal of pre-orders and only then move to production (1000 preorders??). I realize this may be a bit more tricky and don't know lead times or how long it takes to get a model from design to a customer's hands. Ano...

Ok, here is the answer to the increase in shipping price. The price that is quoted on the website is the discounted price for shipping the model at full retail, $59.95. You are only paying $5. We are charging the full cost of shipping. We are not raising it above the standard cost of shipping. Pleas...

Re: Admiral's new F-86 Sabre
Yawn   Ho-Hum   Unfortunately, this is the attitude that will put every 1:18 manufacturer out of business, or encourage the ones that produce 1:18 to move on to other things. I understand your disinterest; however, the retailers and wholesalers gauge their interest in a mode...

Focus, its easy to talk about a version, but the facts are that there are a plethora of delays, along with the fact that Admiral hasnt introduced anything new in a while! Nice to think about, but I wont even think about getting excited untill someone has it for sale. Too many of the "pre-orders" ha...

Look above i told you it was a scam!! I signed up and got nothing, they never even sent an email asking what wanted. Looks like they changed the game plane.
