Admiral/ Bad Cat's new aircraft in 1:18

Well the title is the first bit of news! Furthermore, for $140 it is a safe bet that it is not an F-5. However: The day has arrived in which you will learn the identity of Admiral's new aircraft in 1:18. However, I have been up since 4am putting the final touches on the Hartmann CL-13 with my brothe...

The German flag will be present just like on the CL-13 already released. It is a tampo print, and all the markings you see to date on the Hartmann are hand painted. We did not fire up the tampo print machine for the master paint. So no worries, the flag and all subsequent markings will be present on...

MIGMADMAVIS,

No one in this industry gives exact dates or even months of delivery anymore. It is too difficult because of all the variables involved.

Sorry, but late spring, summer, mid summer is the best you will get these days.

Most of the Admiral Toys' team leaves in two days for toy fair. I leave Friday night or Saturday morning. We are greatly looking forward to toy fair. I wanted to address the question regarding the cowl flaps on the Skyraider. The cowl flaps on the outside and back of the cowling are interconnected. That means if the cowl flaps are closed the inside of the cowling would also be closed. The Skyraider very rarely flew with the cowl open. The scoop b...

I think you are referring to the fact that the landing gear doors are not on our sample? They have been tooled and you will see the doors at Toy Fair. The only problem with the doors is if you look at the 1:1 you see the angle and engineering is not capable of replication 100% on the 1:18 scale. It ...

Dear Digger, Sorry if you were offended by my denial of the Skyraider in the previous post. However, as many have pointed out, I said not yet “in production.” I know it is a game of semantics, but my hands were tied and you got my knee jerk response to your claim. And because you sounded so convinci...

Tmanthegreat, Not that soon on the SBD. It is done with tooling, but has some engineering to work out with the airbrakes. Gravity is not our friend in toy making. Top go up… want to come down. We will get it correct! As for the next clue regarding this elusive aircraft: 1. Father 2. Oil 3. Jump and ...
