Re: PTE WIP Group Pic
Good post, cool stuff. I have done the same. As part of a big group I'm working on, I'm using pte figs for green shirts, so I've been making a lot of Russian troops from Pte. After a while I have actually found myself looking for pet figs for customising. They are great for customising actually, and...

Re: WARNING: BROKEN ARROW TOYS
Hi, Yeah I have looked in the forums...and nada.... As for others making helmets etc, raginspoon make good stuff. I've made some customs from their helmets, and been more than happy with both service and goods. Shapeways is promising...I ordered a while back and must say I'm a fan of the packs of ak...

Re: WARNING: BROKEN ARROW TOYS
Hi, Tanks for the responses. I've been replying to the email address they emailed me from prior to me ordering. I forwarded the mails to the new email address. I have to say I'm not optimistic....a company that sends out no emails or product so long after an order (my email address has not changed!)...

WARNING: BROKEN ARROW TOYS
I just wanted to post a heads up about broken arrow toys. I ordered in stock items October 24th, an order of just under 90 dollars worth. I have not received anything or any mails, at all. I have been emailing them to ask when I can expect something, and get no reply. I have emailed several times, i...

Re: russian equivelant of navy seals?
pics of some at the end of this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x-P578pnctU&p=46806D31962725A0&playnext=1&index=38 each naval infantry regiment has its own combat divers, the only spetsnaz diving unit i know of is the 17th brigade. I would be amazed if units like the 45th orp dont have their ow...

i would also add that when you compare the sheets, dont just look at sturdiness as there are other ways to reinforce them, like struts, several layers, etc...becasue you also have to think about how much harder it is (for me anyway) to cute precise and smooth ends on the thick styrene. i guess this ...

new pte vehicles reviewed(pics up!)...su 27, type 98 and z-9
where to start... the su 27 the su 27 is all it promised to be...it has presence, 12 hardpoints for missiles and a good range of large and fairly accurate missiles. the cockpit is roomy enough for the figure and has a joystick. the landing gear retracts into wells that close, which is very cool. wit...

yeah, its the zsl 92 :
http://www.sinodefence.com/army/armour/zsl92.asp
it would have been cooler with an opening rear hatch, but i dont really mind too much, its a little different to have the roof hatches open. i might customise one with the rear door opening, but im not sure about that yet.
