Yeah all the new models look great, can't wait to buy one or 2. I am ready now to shell out lots of bucks on the PaK 40 and other releases. All I need now is a Doctor Who Tarus* to have infinite room to store all the current models and projected new ones in the space of my coffee table. *sci-fi fast...

They have new in box Panthers, Tigers for $49.99.
So I wouldn't pay $45 for used and no box, or original figures
The Panzer 4 will be hard to find I think. Fair price I mean.

Re: wah!
DH, you didn't seem too pleased with news anyway so you shouldn't sweat a break in the reporting. I know 5 days is a long time b/w announcements but I think we can handle it... This is a toy forum, I don't sweat over toys... I didn't make the comment about "where is the news its been 3 days" someon...

This might sound like a broken record ( I actually have records still) ... but why is 21C promoting S2 paint schemes when S1 Mig is not ready and available? Who runs the marketing department at 21C, Chinese or American people? It seems these early premature pictures are intended not only for the cus...

Someone asked if were were still trying to keep the pace of news items at about one every other day. The answer is yes we are trying to keep to that schedule as best as we can. We got a little behind due to the fact that 21st was in Hong Kong all last week to show off some new product to buyers. I ...

Re: well
There is also the law of diminishing returns...I have about 12 US halftracks so I would likely pass on the new repaint even at $22. I agree though that it is a great deal. Even the Mutt with no figure is a great deal at $22 but it's all relative. Well duh, 12! Is that a typical number to have? 2 is...

PMA or Minichamps makes a limited number of Mercedes Benz trucks in 1/18, big and pricey: 1950 Mercedes-Benz Truck L 6600 Rungenpritsche (Stake Truck) http://www.sportcraftcars.com/Minichamps/import/min109031050_im.jpg I missed out on the canvas covered model, but I did get the canvas covered twin a...

The older collectors have a similar story, the S1 stuff at TRU, same here for me, the panther was first, then me 109, then sherman, passed on a lot of stuff later  I was always a tanker, and just freaked when I saw the Panther, as I have the Tamiya 1/16 stuff and no one made a 1/16 Panther....

Actually I do keep track, I have lists of all my toys except for star war figures. I spent approx $6000 on toys last year, XD, 1/18, Matchbox, JL, SW etc... Going off credit card and atm receipts. This year I am keeping a more accurate spending track, after each purchase I enter the model on the lis...

I saw the show on TV about "mega machines" and they were talking about this huge diesel engine (K98mc) that is as big as a building and will enable the new generation of container ships to cross in 10 days. I was thinking man that is what AT and 21C need, funny if your containers are right next to e...

My point being the KT and T-34 are out there and most model tank collectors will likely have them already, so the manufactuers should work on something that people / market don't have. I haven't taken my KT out recently but the 1/16 T-34 is smaller than the 21C Panther. And my unbuilt 1/16 Pershing ...

Well if I was AT and had the Zero in planning and learned 21C has plans and BBI had already produced theirs in 2 schemes, I'd shelf the Zero and proceed to the next plane. I said this before but it doesn't make sense to have 3 companies market the same plane. It cuts their potential sales by 2/3rds....
