Ski says: FW-190: Detach loop antenna if it is attached to the control column and glue it into place underneith the fuselage. ======================================= Am having a hard time detaching the loop (concerned about breaking the entire column off). Exacto knife is not doing the job...loop is...

I am SO looking forward to the Avenger.

What the?.....

On "Eileen", does anyone else have Eagleston's name on the canopy rail, AND F. E. Oiler's name listed as the pilot (along with the ground crew) on the fuselage just in front of the canopy?

In another thread it was suggested that F-16's are not intended to end up at TRU. That said, anyone spotted F-16's at TRU? In Pleasanton, CA by any chance?

I had no intentions of buying the Galland on-line, but having seen it in the store I bought it. This is a great hobby.

From Bad Cat today: This much anticipated product has been delayed until at least the Spring of 2005. Once we have a firm "on the water" shipping date from our agent letting us know they are on the way, we will put this item up for preorder. Rest assured, our preorder price and delivery date WILL be...

Correct. Some info on the "Jolly Rogers": Originally they had planned and trained to be a carrier-based squadron, working with Chance-Vought to iron out the problems with the Corsair's bouncy landing gear, poor visibility, and other 'minor' issues. While VF-17 did qualify for carrier operations with...

As I was taking down BBD to make room for Killer!, the fishing line got caught on BBD's pitot tube. A quick check on Killer!, and no pitot tube. Not a big deal. BBI's Mustang is fantastic. But I thought it was kinda funny that for all it's 'toyishnish' 21st's Mustang at least had one. The quest for ...

**F-4 Phantom**

I don't really care if 21st or BBI makes it, just that it gets done!

Aferg: Thanks for urging Roy to make the F-4 even though they have misgivings about it's size. It would be a damn shame if the only reason they don't do it is because it would not fit into the existing W-M box. A damn shame. The F-4 has a prominate place in aviation history and as such needs to be m...

It's nice to get a preview of what a 1:18 Avenger model could look like:
