I have had just about every scale of diecast military available. And when you check the detail and value for money across the board it's hard to go past 1/72 scale. Another plus is that several other diecast model company's have noted Dragon's success in this scale and are after a bigger piece of th...

There certainly is a market for 1/32 metal figures as evidenced by Conte, King and Country (1/30) etc. I just think FOV tried to crack into that market the wrong way as most metal figure collectors these days use them in dioramas. Therefore you would be best to sell them in sets of say four as part ...

You've got some interesting subjects there eagle and I hope the manufacturers take some attention to your suggestions, although as already stated some have or soon will be made.

I'm really looking forward to more tanks choices as Dragon seem to be stuck in Germany. Sherman talk. From memory there were plenty of M48s in 'Patton', but I could be wrong. As for the Sherman in WWII. Most people recognise it lacked armor and firepower. It was reliable and faster than most allied ...

I know that Ixo make the 1/72 aircraft for Altaya so maybe they make the tanks as well. I'd like to buy these models but the postage to Australia is rather expensive for individual items. I wonder if there are any kind hearted collectors in Spain that could get a set of the WWII models together for ...

I didn't buy any of those figures because they were all based on GI's. No offence guys but it's not good business sense to make a set of figures all on the same side. Who are they going to fight?

Good on FOV, they're really showing the way by bringing out some classics that others haven't touched yet. It makes a change from all the German tanks. Which are nice but to much of a good thing from some manufacturers such as Dragon becomes a drag after a while.

Re: New 1:32 Diecast Japanese Tank

Hey Figarti Rick: Good to hear from you and welcome to the Small Scale HQ board. I should have posted a follow-up to my original post regarding the Figarti Japanese Medium Tank, but I guess I forgot. I bought two examples of this tank from Hobby Bunker. All in all, a very nice piece. Very detailed,...

Well you certainly gave us some food for thought their lightning2000 and I agree with it all. I've been collecting for many a long year but have only recently moved into 1/72 scale with Corgi Aircraft and Dragon military vehicles. Both have terrific detail and don't take up much room. After 35 years...

Hi Rick, I'm new to this forum as well but have been collecting military figures and vehicles of various scales for many years.

Why don't you start a 'Figarti News' thread that you can update periodically with news and new issues?
