Here is another possible option. Ran a 1 inch dowel thru the rear of the F-86, thru the exhaust section and up to the cockpit. The dowel is held in place inside the fuselage by the exhaust section. Used a grinding hell to grind down about a 5" section of the dowel inside the fuselage so it fits snug...

Chief - HPH (www.hph.cz) in Czechslovkia that produces the 1/18 scale aircraft for $$$$. Saw the post in a forum somewhere from an HPH rep who basically made the same comment. No complaints from me since the big 3 (AD,BBI,2C) provide the same product at an affordable price.

Alas another HPH copy but good news anyways.

This is killing me and the airspace in my basement. Gents what do you think betcha even money its an airplane that is already produced by HPH LTD since this is the trend so far.

Thanks WGP ordered my BBI P-51 thanks to your post. Quit checking BCA some time ago because prices were to high. My local TRU never changes the BBI stock. Wont say how much gas i wasted trying to track down a HHome P-51. U da man.
