Re: Cool little Vehicles. What do I have here?

They had a variety of these at Target stores in the 90s. I had quite a few at the time but have since sold them away except for a few pieces I opened. They are heavy and feel well made, though I never did anything but display them so mine were never put to a test. They lacked some detail but I alway...

Re: Michigan Toy Soldier Company

I have spent a lot of time in this store., and spent a fair amount of money. I have always really liked all the guys that work there ( not to mention the two cats - Stella and ... I can't remember the other one's name). For me, the sad thing is that the other employees will suffer, as will a local c...

Re: Old Crow minus the Crow

Thanks, guys! Given that I would like to move this piece I guess I have to choose between offering it as is, or acquiring the decal and offering it with the plane. Still, given the deal I got on the plane originally, I am not complaining. I wish I could keep it ( along with a whole slew of other pla...

Re: Question about japanese wwii plane camoflouge colors

I remember Volkswagen bugs painted red back in the day became a dull chalky pinkish color quickly. For some reason red bugs were always the worst.

Old Crow minus the Crow

Hi all, I have not been around much since the demise of 21C but I still pop in occasionally to see what is being talked about. I have a question for you 1/18 guys. I mainly collect 1/32 and smaller but I did pick up a few 1/18 pieces and store them away. I just got out my 1/18 scale 21C Old Crow P-5...

I would reckon that the FOV Pershing would be at least in the top five "hardest to get", maybe even number one. I would love to see them reissue that one. 8)

At the top of my list would be the classic era French Foreign Legion and Arab warriors. A Fort Zinderneuf playset would be awesome. Massive but awesome. Ever since I saw Beau Geste as a kid I've wanted something like that. Of course I could probably never afford such a huge playset but this is a "d...

Visited a TM again today ( it had been awhile) and there was some new stock. Corgi Warhawk series P-40 (Kittyhawk) in RAAF livery plus a nice surprise... two different IXO models. First time I have found IXO at TM and I hope it continues. Found a Dauntless and a Hellcat... $9.99 each. If this follow...

My cats sent my Corsair from a parked position atop a high bookcase into a devastating nosedive. javascript:emoticon('')
Thankfully, the only real damage was that both wheels snapped off cleanly. Anyone have a good suggestion for the best glue for reattaching them?

Sounds like you have had a bad experience. That's bad luck. Myself, I have found a lot of good deals there. Over the years, I have picked up one B-17, 2 Liberators, a Heinkel and a Mitchell along with many different smaller planes and a whole array of different tanks. Tuesday Morning has been very g...
