PAINTING
One other note, For painting the M1A2 Tamiya XF-57 Buff seems to be a virtually exact match for the light tan. This will help cover uo all the scuffs coming from the company.

It worked like a champ. Sorry you guys had a bad time. The broken barrel is a giveaway, the barrel on my tank is thick and ...

I am irritated, I sent an email to 21st Century Toys, one of the links in my tank tread broke, the track is still together, there are 3 total links holding the track together so I'm not down, I asked 21st Century if I could get a replacement track. her response was: "unfortunately, there are no repl...

Detailing the M1A2
I have ordered a 1/8 (it's close enough) scale resin 50 cal from this site: http://www.dbalsa.com/ They are great to work with. The gun and ammo belt are 20.00 Without the ammo belt it's less. He also has scale ammo boxes. For the M240 I ordered a 1/10 scale 30 cal machine gun with an extra barrel I...

IT WORKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
:D Just got home with my new tank. I ran it around the back for over 1/2 hour. I ran it over sticks, etc and put it through the moves. No problem. I examined the wheels prior to the start and noticed a bit more reinforcement than I saw in the web photos of the broken tank. On further examination pos...

Do the decal route I have done it multiple times. For a color decal you must print on white background or else it will show up as shades of gray.

ANY UPDATES???
I just saw on of the M1A2s at Walmart in Virginia beach and WOW! I am concerned about the mixed reports. I can live with the detail flaws ( I come to accept them as cost cutting), however I can't abide them breaking out of the box. Would loosening up the wheel prior to running it help? Please give m...
