Remember how crazy the bidding got with the winter Me 109? I found about 8 of them along with a bunch of the British P-40s in Waco for $15.00 ea. on the clearance isle. Best deal I ever found!

Todd, there a trick that I use for my 1/72nd scale war gaming models that makes them "feel" more substantial. Take the top off and glue weights on the inside of the hull. This gives the tanks a heavy feel although they are still delicate.

Walmart used to have a convincing chain in the craft section that I use on my armor. I don't know if they still carry the item though.

I think that T-34 is towing a 45mm anti-tank gun. The terrain looks too rough for rapid movement of trucks and I believe the move was a necessary one do to the lack of more appropriate transport. None of the other tanks are pulling them and out of about 30 books on T-34 that I own ( a lot of them in...
