WTB: Walmart Repaint figures (Series 3?)

I am looking for the latest wave of figures that have been showing up at Walmarts - the repaints of Otto (blond hair) and the US tankers (light jackets, green pants). I have only found Haras and would like to finish off the wave. If you can help me out, please PM. EDIT: I found what I needed. Nothin...

Nothing new here since before Xmas. The WMs I stop by regularly have no vehicles of any kind in 1:18. Only 2 even have figures.

I found Bucholtz and Tracker a couple weeks ago. Looked like Tracker was 1 per case. I found 2 Bucholtz but only the single Tracker.

I generally avoid buying online simply cause of the increased cost. Add in the seller's markup and shipping and it can cost almost twice as much as at WM, TRU, etc. I collect mainly figures, and they have been in decent supply around here for the last 8-10 months. WM got that one right finally, afte...

I haven't purchased a corsair yer, but I do like the plane. NOw I have a reason to get it. Although I would prefer the ground crew be sold separately from a cost and storage perspective.

I like the ground crew and accessories, but their articualtion looks fairly standard for the recent releases. There was mention of a new articulation, never used for 1:18 scale figs before. Even the magnet-in-hand gimmick was done with Star Wars Ep II figures.

Save the boxes. If that isn't an option, you might want to consider some type of plastic storage tub. If you can dissassemble a bit, you could probably fit 2 planes in one of the underbed storage boxes.

I use regualr tubs for my armor and figures.

Pionerpanzerwagen question

In the bag of pieces attached to the bottom of the display base there were two parts that look like they should attach to the vehicle. One is a khaki colored tube (mortar?). It looks like it could slide onto the side of the vehicle under the bridge rack, but the hole in the rack support isn't large ...

I grabbed one last night. I recall reading here that there were problems with wheels breaking when using the R/C features? Did I recall that correctly? I had planned to just play with it for a couple minuted before returning it to diorama status (IE non-moving) but I don't want to break anything. Al...

I found them today, I have all except Richards and the mystery figure. It would not surprise me if Richards is not released. He looks like a composite of figs already released, particularly Hodges. He could be kitbashed with minimal difficulty. With all the other known figs available, I don't see 21...

It is a pitot tube not a pilot tube. Most word processing programs flag it and suggest pilot as the correct word, which is why it is often wrong on box art. The primary purpose of a pitot tube is to measure the airspeed of an aircraft. Over time it has become more generic to describe any of the dat...

Hey PCB, forget about the figures, Is that a Kenmore dryer in the picture? Yeah, it was a quick place to snap the pictures. The lighting there is decent. My collection is relegated to the basement - not necessarily bad since its generally dark, cool, dry, and most importantly away from my 2 year ol...

Is it just the camera or do all those figures have a really glossy finish on them? I'm looking at my BoB2 Germans and Americans and they don't look like that, they have more of a flat finish. The faces don't look as realistic either, they look more like the pilot figures included with the older ser...

That camo pattern almost looks like our Modern USMC Digital Camo. I don't think that the Germans were that far ahead in technology. It's a nice attempt but this figure will be a custom repaint. The hunt continues. Yes it does. The figure reminds me very much of this GI Joe: http://www.yojoe...

I found them in PA today. 2 different Germans and 4 different US. Don't rememebr the names at the moment, I'll post later with pics. They had 2 of each figure on the peg, which filled it up. I assume they are being released in waves, not as one big group of 15.
