1/18 Curtiss Jenny
This model is by Old Modern Handicrafts and is made of metal and wood. Looks to be a decent replica if a bit crude perhaps and is pretty close to the 1/18 scale claimed by the maker. A little odd that it has British roundels on it instead US roundels, either post WWI style or those carried during WW...

1/18 Ural 375 post war soviet truck rc
The Ural 375 was a large and commonly used post war soviet truck, most famously used for the Grad rocket launcher BM 21. WPL has produced an rc model of it that looks pretty good and is sized almost perfectly for 1/18 scale.. They make a few different variants, one a basic cargo truck , another a ta...

1/18 HEMTT sort of?
Another rc find. Looks like a HEMTT but only a 6x6. Maybe someone knows what truck it is supposed to be? Seems well scaled for 1/18 despite it being called 1/12......look at the reviews for a few pics with 3 3/4 figures. https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B0CBQBHHMT/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?smid=A2MZ82QH...

Stumbled on this. A 1/16 Churchill VII tank. Looks decent and a surprise to see.. Can't remember the name of the maker but google 1/16 Churchill and it will show up readily. https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B0DG5GYN7H/ref=sspa_dk_detail_1?psc=1&pf_rd_p=99226bee-397f-4807-9350-d703b292dd4f&pf_rd_r=EYJ06Q36PT...

Re: 1/18 Pershing tank found (sort of)
Digging up this old thread, partially for nostalgia purposes but also informative reasons as well, since new people that weren't part of this community in 2011 may be unaware of this option. Surprisingly, this model is still readily available and is a bit better than it was before in that it has a b...

1/18-ish RIPSAW Personal Tank
A vehicle i'd never heard of. The Ripsaw tank is an experimental army unmanned ground vehicle built by Howe. There is also a personal version for purchase by civilians.....unarmed of course, but it is a very interesting offroad vehicle.. Anyway, there is an rc model of it in what is claimed 1/16 sca...

Re: Power Team Anti Aircraft Missile Vehicle
Here is a similar truck to the Powerteam. An MLRS by Big Daddy. About the same size as the Powerteam truck. Looks decent. As far as i can tell it's loosely based on the Chinese PHL-11 but there may be another vehicle it looks more like. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07MNQPCFT?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asi...

Re: Adding windows to the Elite Force M114 Humvee
that's interesting......i was thinking of using little bits of stickers. I remember years ago when the Chap Mei C-130 came out it had no windows and was made of a type of plastic that nothing glues to. I saw a video where the guy cut clear plastic for the windows and held it in with bits of the stic...

thanks for the advice. Sounds pretty tricky. I'm starting to wonder if i can learn to live without putting in clear plastic.

Adding windows to the Elite Force M114 Humvee
It's a decent model but doesn't have any clear plastic for windows. I want to add them. I can make the clear plastic windows out of thin clear plastic sheet. The problem i'm having is how to glue them. Krazy glue fogs the clear plastic and white glue isn't strong enough and takes way too long to dry...

Re: HEADS UP TO CANADIAN EBAY SELLERS
yes it was. Still not a peep from Ebay about what happened; not even a 'gee, sorry about the delay'. If we hadn't made the big stink that we did Ebay probably would never have paid us.

Re: HEADS UP TO CANADIAN EBAY SELLERS
The situation has now been resolved. At least for now. All those missing their Feb 4 payouts from Ebay.ca received them yesterday, after putting much pressure on Ebay management. Ebay has to date offered no explanation or apology.

HEADS UP TO CANADIAN EBAY SELLERS
On Feb 4 a group of Canadian based Ebay sellers did not have their Managed Payments payouts deposited into their bank accounts, as was scheduled. At first it seemed like a minor issue but it was not. The sellers who are out their Feb 4 money, still have not received it and Ebay is refusing to commen...

A beautiful looking SR-71. Stated scale is 1/17 but it's actually about 1/17.6, nearly bang on 1/18.

That's interesting. So what does he do, buy it himself with another ID? That would be pretty easy to trace by authorities. Ebay sellers, indeed all online sellers, are nowhere near as anonymous as they used to be.

Re: FOV 1/16 King Tiger---$12,999
it's cute when sellers say they have a 'no return policy'. Ebay will force a refund to the buyer whether the buyer returns the item or not. Personally, i'd rather have the item back.
And he's selling it 'as is'......for $13 grand. Is this April Fools come early?

XFly Su-57 Felon. Decent camo colours and application of digital paint scheme. Smallish though, about 1/20.5.....about the size of a 1/18 F-18. https://www.amazon.ca/XFLY-MODEL-Aircraft-Transmitter-Receiver-Included/dp/B0DG8WLVQK I have to say, Xfly has made some really nice aircraft. Here is something a little different. An Air Tractor agricultural plane ie crop duster. Almost 18 inches long, nearly a 28 inch span. Decent replica....spinner could be a bit longer and pointier and wheels are a bit too big but not bad. Would work best as an AT-302 or an AT-400, which are the smalle...

1/18 King Kong figure by Lanard
Throwing this out there for anyone that may be unaware of it. I stumbled upon this today. A 17 inch tall "Big Boss" gorilla figure by Lanard. Pretty decent sculpt and articulation. It's 1/18 scale for the 2005 King Kong which was 25 feet tall. If you're looking for a T-rex (or should i say V-rex) fo...

ok i think i figured it out. It is part of Joytoy's Hardcore Coldplay line.....which, according to Joytoy is a bold reinterpretation of the iconic band. ???? Anyway, i think it's a sort of realistic, GI Joe like line created by Joytoy. The Cyclone is a pretty good size at 16 inches long and could be...

By Joytoy. Not sure what to make of it. Looks like it could be a real vehicle but i can't find any pics of the real thing, if it is. At first i thought it was to go with one of their in house sci fi toy lines but it doesn't seem to. Interesting nonetheless. https://www.bigbadtoystore.com/Product/Var...
