that thing is a beaut.
still a mass produced one would be nice.

Re: Post all JOE SCALE discussion here...read first post

Hasbro has cut so many "costs" on almost everything. fans of their other toy lines are left disappointed. i collect ...

The AH-1G was not "post war"; and IIRC twin engine AH-1J's saw a little action. I'd love to get a 'Nam era Cobra for my Hueys. will it happen? eh...not sure. http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/thumb/a/a8/Ah-1cobra_1.jpg/800px-Ah-1cobra_1.jpg http://mw2.google.com/mw-panoramio/photos/mediu...

Re: Flightpose stands and 1:18 Hueys

that stand looks great, pizzaguy!

yep, the Flightpose stands are only 6" tall at the most.
that's okay with me because i don't have too much room and i like the Huey to be close to the troops on the ground.

Flightpose stands and 1:18 Hueys

Saw these on another forum to display Star Wars, GI Joe and even Transformers, but was curious if anyone has used one to display their 1:18 21C Huey? http://www.flightpose.com/ I wanted to mount mine in a position similar to this: http://www.deviantart.com/download/3980427/UH_1_Huey_Taking_Off.jpg j...

Drooping blades on 1:72 AH-1W

I have a MotorMax 1:72 scale AH-1W with awful droop. i blame it on how the blades attach- but not sure how to fix it without making it permanent. http://sphotos-a.xx.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ash4/309104_10151116350154653_1278546528_n.jpg *the longer, heavier section of plastic tabs onto (not into) pegs att...

Re: Tricks, Tips, Hints, Cheats, Tools, Whatever!!!!

i keep a bottle of clear nail polish on hand for repairs such as tightening joints or securiring pieces without the permanent effect of super glue.

great for ball sockets, hinges...i use it to keep loose helmets on or other accessories in place.

real life saver
