It was AirPower. They were available at Wal-Mart. Only the Huey and the P51 were 1/32. The Cobra and P38 were 1/40 and the jets were even smaller. They were nice pieces and diecast and inexpensive. yes it is 21C i own one myself a got about 3years back 21C had a line of 1:48 metal modern military vehicles and little birds but only for a short time

I recommend that you add some more entites to the diorama to make it feel more 'lived in'. A squad of figures in the halftrack or around it, and possibly a german AT gun in ambush would really make the diorama interesting.
