Re: Tamiya 1/35 vs Dragon 1/35 Poll/Discuss
I started off with Tamiya armour and figures, then recently switched over to Dragon. Tamiya armour are more easy to make, especially the one piece track. I made those for a few years until a friend gave me a Dragon T-34, and I was hooked on that. The Smart and Premium kits are great for detailing ri...

Re: New 1/18 Mh-60 Black Hawk Review
Ok, I am thinking about getting one of these. The inaccuracies and molding downers mean nothing to me, I just want a Hawk better than my PTE version. Some things I want to know: -From tman's photo, the chopper looks grey. Is this the lighting or the actual colouring? -How easy is it to put figures i...

Yeah, they don't appear to have any gear at all. I have plenty of gear. I like them. It's not like you need a new set of weapons to arm these figures. Our military uses primarily the same weapons as the U.S. does, albiet produced under different designations. Heck, pretty much the only military too...

Re: Marauder Gun Runners oversized?
Thanks parrish, but I was asking for any new updates.
The 20 round mags were given to paratroopers, and the 30 to regular infantry. Some of the Dragon sets include the 20 round mag, but most sets from 21c/BBI/Dragon depict the 30 round mag.

Re: Marauder Gun Runners oversized?
Any update on Series 6? John's last post stated that they were due for October 2011. Since then, no news. Anyone know what the new due date is? On the drum fed thompson: Some soldier used the M1928 w/drum mags as opposed to the M1 and M1A1 w/ stick mags. However, the U.S. Army never distributed drum...
