Looking for parts and trades

I thought I would throw this out there seeing how there have been other parts found by members like that FW-190D canopy awhile back. I need a pair of Viking ship pylons that hold the auxiliary fuel tanks to the bottom of the 1/18 Me262 Nightfighter. I dont need the tanks themselves just the pylons, ...

Re: Hooben

I sure hope they are. I would think that America would be an ideal staring point not the AU. I will look into this further, can you post a link to this site. Maybe they will give me a price break if I buy in bulk, then maybe I can sell them on eBay or give them to my family as Christmas presents.

To VMF: I could care less what you think. I didn't ask. I changed my listings wording so those other sellers wouldn't take any offense but I see you are the only one who did. If you have a problem with me keep it to yourself. I did not join this forum to go back and forth over minor crap and waste m...

1/18 Luftwaffe decals

Yes I am a Luftwaffe nut and yes when I started doing my own 1/18 planes the first thing I did was make nearly all of the squadron and group insignia. I would put them on ebay but it would not be cost effective, ebay soaks you now every way they can. Anyway anyone of you who are interested can messa...

I wouldn't of sold it but like my sturmtiger I have new 1/16 replacement projects going for both that Im collecting parts for and dont want both in such close scales. Hey VFM, I added "these" to my listing, just for you buddy ...

Re: Yellow 23 109 on ebay.

And yes jn, that was a compliment. Personally I would be more concerned what a person who could be a potential customer thought. They are the target audience, not fellow builders. Taking criticism with grace from a reputable fellow builder & brushing off the masses means little if what one m...

I did not mean to offend you. I am sure you are happy with your purchase and I wish you the best of luck with it. My boss could afford to buy any car he wants with a net worth of at least 10 million dollars. He drives a Toyota. If you work hard for your money, and understand depreciation why would y...

Re: 1/18 Ju-88

Hey thanks guys, Im defiantly getting the Ju88, it only works out to be about 3 inches longer than it should be in 1/18, and when your talking a plane that size 3 inches is hardly noticeable, I would hold out but I doubt I ever see a 1/18 one produced. Now I can make a Mistel with it and on the cust...

Re: Yellow 23 109 on ebay.

I totally understand VFM, I get why its so valuble if it is authintic, First runs or masters of almost anything are usually coveted. What I was trying to get across in my post was like you said it is only for its super low production run not its scheme of detail. So that suggests that it is purely a...

Re: The Future of 1/18th Scale and what can we expect...???

The future is that 1/18 armor is very limited compared to the volume of 1/16 kits and conversion kits and RC's. I am a completion kind of guy which means I only like a T-34 if I can park a KV-1 next to it and they both look like crap without a KV-2 next to that and all three look like crap without t...

Re: Jnewboy

That one came out really nice, the yellow hub really stands out against the grays, I cant believe it did not sell. Its funny to think that someone will pay $1,000+ for a "rare" 109 that in reality is probably a good repaint and isn't even that interesting of a paint job, actually pretty plain, even ...
