Re: Sneak peak at some 1/72 die cast armor

Panzer III is a must have for me. I think that the panzer III is painted in panzer-yellow because it could be one of those late war panzer III. That panzer could be serving in russia, late 1943 maybe.

I think most of the armoured vehicles pictured are national guard and the army, not really the elite.

Re: New Panzerstahl 2011!!!

Thanks tshintl for the info. I think that the wheels moving is important if you decide to play with it or wargame, but not if you just decide to display it. I was too a bit surprised that the wheels don't move on my puma.

I also got the 2 panzer div. puma. I will post a review. The wheels on the puma seems inaccurate though, based on actual pics of the puma.

Re: March 2011 HM releases

I think HM will also be releasing a kubelwagen in 1/48 scale. Might be a rumor since HM's 1/48 scale line is mostly dead.

Looks like there is not a lot of activity on the 1 72 ground level. The only new tooling for March for the ground power series is the bedford refueller.

Oh yeah. I think that the jagdpanzers in normandy were the shorter barrelled gun, with a muzzle break.

Re: Normandy dio for you 1/32 guys

Very nice diorama. I think the Achilles look a bit too "factory fresh". However, the jagdpanzer looks awesome, though I am not sure if jagdpanzers were used in Caen.

I started out with 1/32 scale, but then switched to 1/72 shortly after. 1/72 is in its prime time right now, in both ground and air models.

Hitler's Transportation

What was Hitler's personel aircraft in 1944? What was the personal car for Hitler during 1944? Was it the Mercedes-Benz 770 W150 ? If not what was the car? Thanks in advance.

Re: Panzerstahl's 234/1(2cmL55 PSW) photo

Nice review. As soon as I recieve my puma (which could be a week) I will post a review as well. The sdkfz 234/4 looks very good, but unfortunately I may pass on this piece. I am thinking of getting the 234/1 next. Nevertheless the sdkfz 234/4 looks awesome. I also have seen a pinkish-yellow version ...
