Thanks digger, a friend of mine just advised me to do that after seeing one currently on eBay going for over $600 (I think). But I don't do eBay anymore after I started buying so many vintage Joe items week after week which started to cost me thousands of dollars. I'm too weak willed and had to canc...

Hi Flayrah, Are there any specific pieces you are looking for? Most of the 1/144 series by the various Japanese manufacturers already have many waves and I haven't been keeping track which wave has what (having given up on 1:144 awhile back). I can check my local shops to see if they have what you n...

bbi 1:18 F-18 Jolly Rogers MISB up for trade

Hi guys, Longtime lurker here. Got an extra of this limited edition beauty MISB which I would like to trade off. Box condition is around C-9, pics available upon request. I do not have any trade references on this board, but do so on several Joe forums. This is a rare piece and will cost me quite al...

I know a little bit of Japanese, and from what I can understand yes those are indeed custom paint schemes. What many Japanese shops like to do is modify and improve existing toys/model kits to a very high level of detail. You can buy these planes with the custom paint jobs but they come at a premium.

I would buy multiples of each F-14, F-22, F-117 AND JSF if they were came out! I received my bbi F-16C and a Skystriker (bought off Ebay) on the same day last week and opened them together. LOL when I was a kid the Joe plane was huge now with them side by side I can't believe it's always been this s...

Not everyone is a modeler and wants to re glue broken parts or do paint touch ups. I so happen to be one of these people. Not by choice, but since birth I have had peculiar nerve system whereby my hands shiver all the time, so it has been very difficult for me to do miniature work which has to be p...

Hello everyone, Thank you for your replies, they are all greatly appreciated. USCGSARdog, if the valves which were broken were still in the box I would certainly try to fix the issue myself. But they are not (probably on the floor in the factory in China?). Would that mean, in order to have my Zeke ...

BCA Customer Service

Hello everyone, I haven't been on this board long, and I usually just pop in to read the threads. I recently started to purchase several bbi and 21C planes from BCA, as going by the info here they're an excellent source of 1:18 planes. Both my first two purchases were great but when my Zero arrived ...

Yep, I agree. For example, I am patiently waiting for bbi to reproduce the Blackhawk, Apache, Little Bird and F-18 so that I can finally own them.

Regarding Bandai's Yamato Mechanic File, it is highly likely that one display case box will complete the ship, unless Bandai includes 'chase' pieces (which will still probably complete the ship but with variation). I am not sure why that website states they get it next year when it is due to arrive ...

I hope they will restock more Zeros because I didn't have enough money during the pre-order period and I sure regret it now!!

BTW, besides calling BCA to check, how can we check on all our pending orders and pre-orders?

Yeah but unfortunately Australian shops sell bbi and 21st Century stuff for way too high... usually at least twice US retail price!

If you look closely, the sculpt is different it is not bbi's Zero. Also it looks like a smaller scale replica. Maybe M.I.B uploaded the wrong pic...

Hi Mike,

Thanks for the reply, but don't you have a distributor in Hong Kong whom I can purchase the 1:18 stuff from directly? It would be cheaper for me to ship them over from there rather than Australia.

Hi Mike,

I live in Singapore. It doesn't look like any toy distributor here carries your 1:18 line because I haven't seen any locally before.

Hi Mike, would you be able to post contact information for Elite Force 1:18 distributors in Hong Kong, Australia or the general Southeast Asia region? I can't find any product here! Thanks!
