I need help making a big decision!!

I have been collecting 1/18th for a few years now and I am just realizing that I really don't use it for anything. I am a wargamer at the core, so anything I buy I usually look at from that perspective. I also have so many different scales. I collect 1/285th GHQ stuff, N scale and 1/144th stuff, 15m...

My wife thinks the toys and games are pretty silly and she has asked several times over the years why don't I get a "normal" hobby. I just got a older Mustang project car back in August and now she's eating her words!!! I may spend hundreds on Models and Minis, but the thousands that go into restori...

HA HA HA HA, God, I'm glad I'm not the only one. I know these stories sooooooo well. Especially the sneaking it in later. If I get caught, I say, "Honey, I bought that weeks ago, I just forgot it was in the trunk." I don't think she buys that though.

I found several set B's in on of the TRU's in my AO last night. Nice sculpts. Definately worth the $5.00. Cruizin, What rules do you use to game in this scale? I made up some rules with my son a while back but I would like to find a published rule set that works better. I find that Crossfire works o...

You dont have to sculpt the pigs head, just yank one off a 21st stug! I'm way too cheap for that! :D You can take it off and use one of those Molding kits you can get at hobby stores and make your own out of cold resin. I use those kits every now and then, and for little pieces like that, they woul...

I, for one would rather see an anti tank gun and crew first. Only because FOV has a couple of T-34's (I have the Green T-34/85 and It's VERY nice). I would like to see something someone hasn't done yet. Plus, they're Halfway there now!!

Please 21st. - Russian anti tank gun.

Yeah, that looks much nicer than the older stuff they were putting out a few years ago. How do they compare size wise to 21st and FOV? My old M3 Lee was actually under scale compared to FOV and 21st. (I know 21st doesn't make a Lee but as the Lee was built on the Sherman chassis (or vice versa), I c...

Same here, both the TRU's in my AO have only set A. I got several sets but I need a couple of set B's.

I haven't seen any of those in my AO. Are they TRU only? Or has anyone spotted them at WM?

Anyone have any pics?? I have seen one Sherman that looks like one of their old ones with stickers all over it. It looks crappy. Are they making nicer ones now? I have an old Newray M3 Lee and I think it is just junk.

Yes, I love when information is let out. I just wish they would not

A. Let information out about products that are not for certain coming out.

and

B. Not let info out too far in advance, because it can turn into A.

I have all the fortifications. Some are specifically labled as being for 1/72. the others are made for 15mm. I think its just a couple of houses that are 1/72 and they say of the box if I remember correctly. I use both scales so I bought them all. the 15mm forts like the ammo dump and gun emplacemen...

I looked it up and the pink was used for recon. They felt it blended in with the clouds better. Not the first color scheme I would have picked for that particular plane, but now that I know it wasn't a mistake, I'll probably pick up a couple.

Well said. I am also grateful for what we have got so far, but it is sooooo frustrating to see these cool prototypes and go on our weekly/daily/monthly trips to our favorite haunts to find only the same old stuff collecting dust. I personally think WM is run by a bunch of squirrels or something. The...

There is a term for this, It's called: Sh*t or get off the pot. I hate hearing about something that may or may not happen and then getting all excited about it, only to be deflated by mega delays or cancellation. It's bad enough trying to find the products that are actually out there (with WM distra...
