i talked to a man who i know here that has a real MkIX at a Va. airport
the red tool is a holder that you put on control yoke when it is on the ground to lock the controls. i took a pix of his in hanger if anyone wants me to email it to them

i'm sending my P-40 in for overhaul(cleaning it up) so they can tangle.
except 2 Zeros coming from BCA so P-40 driver will need to be on toes

i was a member of the old yahoo group and lost track when it changed.
i only found out about new link when Roy S. and i was talking about F-86/Mig15 about 19 months ago.
then it took months for me to find link after that.
maybe we could talk 21st & BBI to mention club on boxes.

i know others had it. but Badcat seems to be most reliable and seem to have more exclusive stuff.
i started with SBP, then Big Boys War Toys, etc. but in end i go with best service.

i wish they did all the planes in 1/32 that they do in 1/18 and visi/versa.
i hang the 1/32 high, close to ceiling with gear retracted and 1/18 lower so it looks like the 1/32s are flying top cover

I couldn't have waited for WM.
they are to much hit and miss at WM

do you have Dollar Tree stores in Ohio?
i find bowls in there that are clear and work perfect under the parachutes
they are so thin that when under chutes they are almost invisable(plus wife said they are cheap junk and wouldn't use them anyway)

did they have the little canvas tent for 104 pilots like we had for U-2s?
we had a cover on a trolly type cart that was to shade pilots while planing and deplaning

i just wish instead of redoing the P-51D 21st would do a P-51B
and BBI an F4U-4 instead another F4U-1. if BBI is planing a P-40 lets make it an E or N
