Details
Yeah, I got the main gun done last night and it looks fantastic, took the extra hour to make sure it turned out the way it was supposed to and I'm very pleased with the result. As far as the details, yes I do plan on addressing them now that the big hurdles have been crossed. I have the antenna rack...

Another update
Here are two pics I took today that didn't come out blurry. First is a rear view of the turret (complete with smoke dischargers) and taped on stowage bin. Second is of the completed gun mantle and housing. Added the gunner's vision port and the rivets to the housing. http://inlinethumb10.webshots.co...

schurzen
No, this one will not have schurzen. I thought about it as I have extra FOV stug schurzen lying around, but I wanted this one to be a s.pz.abt 501st one. I've been really wanting an Africa s.pz.abt 501st Panzer III N/ Tiger duo for a long time, so this Panzer III will be representing one in the dese...

Update 24 NOV: 1/32 Panzer III N ALL FINISHED!!!!!
Hello everyone, I don't know if anyone remembers, but back in 2005, right after I sold a large chunk of my collection, I started work on a custom Panzer III ausf. N. Well I "finished" it, and the results were not exactly what i'd call spectacular. I wish I still ahd pictures b/c this was a pretty po...

Monogram
I just bought a 232 off ebay for $9 8) b/c I thought the same thing as tyconut, that it would look great amongst my DAK 21c and FOV. I use pieces of monogram models that have been poorly taken care of over the years that I find on ebay in various customs. My forthcoming Panzer III N (which I just ma...

Toys N Swords
Hate to say this, but it probably is too good to be true. Only reeason I'm not certain it is is because you probably ordered different items than I did. Thought I found this treasure trove a few months back, but it turned out to be an un-updated page that had several other issues as well. Reference ...

I hear ya though
I do understand that these are just toys, but I definitely understand his argument. I'm in the middle of kit-bashing/customizing a 21st panzer III and FOV stug III to make a 501st support Panzer III N, and I have spent more time correcting the flaws on the tank then fabricating the parts that don't ...

Good traders/sellers
Just completed three good deals with three members. Sweet trade with olifant, my XD paras for a good amount of his 32x/FOV. Purchased some of those panzer IIIs I was looking for from Panzer_M. And Purchased one of those new target marders from Cabe. Thanks to all for being upstanding traders/sellers...

Money
I'd say you need to round up all her mall purchases, return that crap, get your money back, and buy even more stuff than you had before, not just replace it. O, and then you should ignore her for about a week while you attempt to re-do some of those customs. And don't forget to take lots of pictures...

TRU recon
I'm not a 1:18 expert, so you'll have to excuse the vague descriptions of the items I found. Went to 4 Targets in the last 2 days, here is the 1:18 stuff I remember seeing: A line of 6 modern Bravo team figures, some in ACU camo(4 i think), and some in MARPAT(2). Bravo Team Germans, I recall seeing ...

MArder offer
I'll take you up on your offer Cabe, but it will have to wait till Friday(pay day). I have been to a total of 4 target stores now, and still haven't found the marder III. Found everything else though, bought the sherman set and 38(t) which are nice pieces, also got the FW even though I'm not a big p...

Target recon
Went to one of my local Targets today and found nothing like what I see most everyone else is coming across. Just a stug at full price, a HIMARS, and more FOV stuff I'd seen before, nothing new, nothing on sale. I don't work for the first half of the day tomorrow, but my fiance does, so I think I'll...

Tank Showdown???
What is this tank showdown I see everyone talking about? It is the same tank showdown in the scene selection menu of The Last Crusade DVD? I'm confused! If it's a new IJ toy with that tank from the movie I have to see it! Edit: NM, saw the last pic on the link posted, kind of disappointed by the tan...

Nice!!!!!!
Awesome work Steve! I too have aspired to do great things with lesser 1/32, but alas, I no longer have the tools or the money to afford the equipment that a job such as this would necessitate. In other words, you're the man.

Very true Cabe, and the fact that no amount of 1/32 armor could protect against a weapon shooting a 1/32 scale 180mm AP round at 3000 m/s

I'll give you a hint, it started with an "M", and ended in "inichamps woodland panther". Now let the lynching begin

Definitely took option #3 out in the desert of Arizona. Made for some nice moving targets :P I shot up one other tank too, but I know people would lynch me here if I said what it was... And lets just say that when it was all said and done they looked like they got ambushed by a company of miniature ...

New Ray sherman
I hope those new ray shermans aren't worth too much, the last one I saw was moving about 50 meters in-front of my AR-15s front site post Same goes for the king tiger.
