the KB prices I saw for the 1/32 items were $2.00 more than Bad Cat. The 1/18 items can be found at a number of sites for less. The occasional KB free shipping specials are the only thing that would make it a better deal. If your are looking for pricing at other sites, I recommend going to 21st Cent...

Kind of pricey. Better pricing exists at other online retailers.

Actually it depends what they are replicating. If it's a narrow gauge loco it's generally 1/20th to 1/24th, depending on the manufacture. If it's a regular gauge loco (which the North America and Europe are close but not exactly the same), G scale is generally 1/29 to 1/32. By the way, in case no on...

I found a great place for replacement parts. Unfortunately they went out of business (anyone remember Small Blue Planet). 21st C directed me to them about a year ago for the same part (landing gear for p38). They probably know of another retailer to refer you to.

The advantage that 1/18 has that 1/72 does not have (at least not at this time), and what attracted me to the scale to begin with, is moving parts and figures that can be posed (ie., landing gear, flaps, pilots, etc, etc). Even opera glasses can't fix that.

If memory serves me, I believe the original price on the Comand Car was $140 at TRU. Saw one go recently on Ebay for $250 (obviously before this one). Also saw a Weapons Carrier go for $250.

If you ever take a vote I would be in favor of a 1/6 forum also. My collection started with 21st Century 1/6th and morphed into 1/18 when they introduced planes. Since then I have collected an extensive 1/6th Dragon line but don't really like their Forum.

I know this is a little "out of forum" but was there a 1/6th R/C Stuart on display at the 21st C booth or is the tank gone with the wind (or the Sam's Club $130 blowout)?

I can't believe the number of 1/32 planes out! I'm about to switch over to that scale and sell off 1/18. If it wasn't for the prospect of owning the 1/18 Avenger.....

I have every plane except the British and the Korean war Corsair. I don't really like the way the wings fold (Kepford is need of repair). Drives my wife crazy having boxes and planes in every corner of every possible storage space. I also compiled a list of the order and release dates of every versi...

P-38 Pudgy - Primarily the impressive size and the this repaint move it to the top of the list. 21st 109 G and BBI P-51 (tie) (no particular version) - Detail on both is stunning. Also look very good chasing each other around. BBI Zero, BBI Corsair, 21st 190, 21st 109E, 21st spitfire and the rest la...

A B-17 would be incredible. My favorite aircraft. Even a static diplay of a fuselage with removable panels. I will not hold my breath, though. Now, if someone did one in 1/32..... I would probably have to change message boards! The Catalina was used extensively as a bomber during the Aleutian Campai...

The Dragon Kublwagen is great. There have been at least five versions, the last three with desert tan. The flak gun is still available on line bu...

I don't think there is an easy way. I have had the opportunity to assemble and disassemble three stukas and every time I felt like the wings were going to break off. Currently in the playmobil phase with my kids. Doll house is worth $100 to $150 depending on the ebay day. New version of the doll house this year made in China and it's not as realistic. The additional floors are very hard to track down. The scale is somewhere between 1/21st and 1/24th.

The 1/6 scale has a cockpit model (I believe BBI F-16), why can't 1/18th have a forward fuselage on a display stand with removable panels?
