I must confess I'm a little disappointed in the translation from one color pre-production sample to the painted final release. The resemblance is not as good going from one to the other. That being said, I'll probably have to pick up a Barnes figure for grins. strange how they do seem a little diff...

I've got my 1:18 troops committed, research done, now I need to focus on the 'set'

My 32x troops could use some reinforcements

Razor, I like to use acrylic paint (like Anita's) b/c its cheap and flat and comes in many colors. You should be able to find it at walmart, I get mine from hobby lobby

Beautiful RED. it reminds me of a scene from the movie Platoon (I think) where they are on a ridge siloueted by the sunset.

Well at least it comes with a figure. I really didn't like 21st's trend of realesing vehicles w/o figures, I mean would you airplane guys buy plane w/o a pilot? And $30.00 is a bit much, this is low interest item I wonder if it will go to WM... seems like WM hasn't been getting anything new lately...
