Very Large Collection For Sale, Cheap
Greetings all, I'm looking to liquidate my entire collection. This collection has been on display for about 5 years now (well, it's been growing over that time, obviously), but now it's time to go. All items are loose, unless otherwise specified. What I'd really like to see happen is that someone lo...

Yes, that would be a vehicle from the infamous 150 Panzer Brigade, led by Otto Skorzeny. This was a special commando unit where the intention was to outfit them with captured American uniforms and equipment. These hand-picked soldiers were all fluent in English, and the idea was to attempt and infil...

Wow, this one store just continues to surprise me! Today I found they had added the WWII trucks and command cars to their existing inventory of Shermans, German and US halftracks, and Bulldogs. Plus, they also had a couple of the modern US command cars. Still a couple dozen Japanese troops on the pe...

Hey, I found a Panzer IV in Northern VA! I'm going to assume that someone returned one from somewhere else, because I've never seen one before, and there was only one. Also, the gun barrel was shattered, as they so often seem to be on that tank. I bought it anyway; I had the technology, I could rebu...

New Vehicles are Plastic ...
I saw a question, and I thought I'd clarify that the new 1:18 scale vehicles are plastic, not diecast. At least the Sherman I just pulled out of the box is; I'd be surprised if the others weren't as well. Answering another question, the Walmart I found my stuff at did NOT have any of the limited edi...

Northern VA
I'm ashamed of myself, but I'm afraid all of this news goaded me into going to Walmart, and worse yet, I bought product... At the Walmart I visited, there were: - 1:18 vehicles (OD Bulldog, Hanomag, COED Sherman, OD Halftrack) (20+) - 1:18 Imperial Japanese figures ( 6 different types ) (24+)...

The "new stuff" being discussed includes the new marine figures and the halftracks, neither of which have ever been stocked at a Walmart before. This is the stuff that is supposedly only found near military bases. The stuff you're referring to ( 32x planes and 1:18 scale planes ) enjoys the normal w...

Nonsense! Their logic is irrefutable! Their inventory analysis has shown that XD sells poorly in the regions where they don't stock it, while it sells well in areas where they do stock it. Therefore it is only LOGICAL to send any restock to the areas where it's selling well! Let me know if I can hel...

Well, it may seem like the East Coast lucked out, but the D.C. area has had nothing new. I consistantly see reports from Deleware to the north and North Carolina to the south, but D.C. usually gets left out of the mix for whatever reason. Plus, didn't I see some reports of CA Walmarts getting the st...

It was inevitable that I would offend a Star Wars fan with that last post. Hey, I like Star Wars myself. I came very close to buying one of the new AMT Star Destroyer model kits that were just released. I even used to dress up as Darth Vader for Halloween. I was more ranting about the overwhelming v...
