JSI F-14 Upgrade

I got the original spotty AWH Christmas version of the tomcat last Christmas. I then had it repainted to get rid of the spots. I want to now upgrade it to metal landing gear bombcat with the new engine nozzles. Is there anyone doing this and if so what squadron . I thought I saw the grim reapers som...

back as far as they can go is called "oversweep" and it is used just like any other Navy fighter's folding wings for maximizing carrier space.

Here's the enlarged image. There are no spots! It's soot & weathering......so stop making excuses for JSI. Besides, the photo is not the same bird ("A" model vs "B" model in image) and era (103 Sqdrn & lo-vis vs 84 Sqdrn & hi-viz). Plain and simple, JSI screwed up the paint scheme and made "fantasy...

landing gear

Does anyone have pics of a step by step process on retracting and extending the gear on this beast? A lot of moving parts and I don't want to force anything. Thanks all!
