From the pics I saw it's a write off. PM me and I'll get back in about a week. If that does not work I might be able to...

Just finished this for a buddy. Hard to see the weathering in the pics. Bombs to go and off to her new home. Thanks to TKO for some of the details. http://i685.photobucket.com/albums/vv216/Kroll777/VF-201/2011050.jpg http://i685.photobucket.com/albums/vv216/Kroll777/VF-201/2011053.jpg http://i685.ph...

Re: Another repaint VF-41

Most of the tail badge is painted. The few decals I have on it I made. As far as the F-16B......"Teaser"......Hopefully, in a few months I'll have more on this story. Are you asking for another "teaser"? wink wink.

Re: So I was Working On My Bombcat when....

If that does not workout with Merit let me know I should be able to help you out for a small cost. I will just need to know the exact pieces. Try Merit first.

30 jet Topgun

Ok it is finished. I have a few minor touch ups here and there. It's weathered really nice but it is hard to see in the picks. The camera seems to wash it out. Mucho thanks to Brain Plescia at http://www.FightertownDecals.com who hooked me up with the topgun badge, and great details about this bird....

Hey guys, I spoke to Brain on the phone about a month ago about some possible decal solutions. I gotta tell ya he seemed willing to work something out for me that would be resonable. Due to my current job I'm unable to work on my 2nd F-14 for a few months . I look forward to giving Brain my business...

If you have an airbrush and can tape. I would airbrush it. It really was not that hard. It took about 3 hours. I just use that blue tape that we all use for painting our houses. It worked great! I had two thin hobby tapes that were used for the red line on the fuselage and a few other areas. It took...

Here is my repaint. It looks pretty new in these pics but it really looks sharp in persons. I used Gloss Gull Grey Model master paints. The aircraft has areas of gloss and areas without gloss. I didn't not cover the whole aircraft just worked around and made it flow. It really came out nice. Anyway ...

I must have spent about an hour with every tool trying not to break it. She finally deployed.......3 gre...
