That is a tough one to find... I never went for it when it was out, prefering to keep my 1:48 Matchbox Frank Luke Spad instead as it was so close in quality to the Corgi plane. I haven't seen that one around, but you can still find the Charles Biddle one if you're looking for a Corgi Spad flown by ...

1. I've been collecting Corgi and Carousel 1 WWI in 1/48 for several years. Noticed that Corgi recently came out with a Frank Luke Spad XIII that I wanted to get, but now can not find:(

If you're talking about the actual aircraft, don't think so. Different airframe, subsystems, propulsion requirements, flight characteristics.
Not sure about scale models, though:)
GE website can give you particulars: thrust, weight, dimensions, etc.
