Re: New Aircraft Projects For 2023
At the present I am still over my head building armor. At the time my real work was non existent. so I put a few things up for sale on ebay and they sold fast so I put a few more. The money made paid the bills then my real job kicked in .. oh nooo... I am catching up. Once all those tanks get built ...

Re: Adding windows to the Elite Force M114 Humvee
I use plane Scotch tape
Try not to touch the sticky side of the tape .
The oil in your fingerprints will take some of the sticky out of the tape.
Stick the tape to a piece of glass make your cuts , pry up an end with your knife and apply.

Depends on the tape, sometimes it bonds to the surface and almost impossible to get off unless you use a solvent,

Re: Adding windows to the Elite Force M114 Humvee
I have thought on this many a time. On the door windows. The easiest way would be to make the clear window about a 1/4 inch bigger than the frame and use the gold CA glue and put a drop in each corner let it dry totally then mask the window and paint the are 1/4 over lapping. The gold glue ( thick) ...

Re: Pacific Sherman Accessories?
There is a difference between all 3.
The 21st front has a different angle of the glaciest and the BBI and Bravo have a slight difference.
But if it is made a little longer one size fits all.

Re: Pacific Sherman Accessories?
Anyone know of accessories to make a Pacific Sherman? I was looking for the plywood sides, I was thinking of making them out of balsa and the intake/exhaust stacks which I've seen on battleground models site but they look like they're designed for 1/16 HL tanks, but wasn't sure if someone had a res...

The Beute Sherman in German colors is the Bravo Team M4A3 slightly modified . I have remade the molds for the Firefly and am making kits. With the kit you get ; Cannon and muzzle break correct mantlet fire extinguishers. British style ramrods for the gun tube correct travel lock armor plate to cover...

Re: 1/18 Scale M-4A3E8 Back On Track
I was having 2 major issues with the Easy 8 project. The first being the tracks . I tried using solid resin but that was problematic. I was a major issue forming the tracks lengths around the main sprocket and the rear idler. So I changed to rubber resin and that proved to be too soft and the track ...

Re: New Aircraft Projects For 2023
There seems like there was almost no interest in any new aircraft projects. At least on this forum. I know there are so many forums on Facebook but not a lot there either except the A-10. That is wanted across all of the forums. I have completed the Nam Cobra project and have turned that over to ano...

Problematic 21st Shermans Wanted
Hey Guys anybody still out there?
I am quickly running out of 21st Shermans.
Does anyone have any problematic Shermans that they are willing to part with ?
Missing tracks, barrels or turrets are fine with me.
Matthew

I have done this SEVERAL times but can't remember how I did it.
I think you have to cut those glued in pins on the back and replace with small screws.
I will check today and get back.

First off the tracks look horrible and incorrect.
the exhaust system looks like telephone polls.
