All I would say is quantity has a quality all its own, heard numbers many times but usually its about 50,000 Shermans? VS, 5,000 Panthers and 14,000 variants of the PIV? Toss in another 50,000 plus T34s and you can see the Germans didnt have much of a chance. It was like ants on a grasshopper! IMHO!...
