Re: Merit 1/16 Tanks
Just wondering does anyone have a heng Long tiger and a Merit Tiger that they could put next to each other?, I keep looking at the Heng Long I have and the pictures of the Merit Tiger and can see only a few small differences, mostly the cupola, machine gun mount and intake plumbing on the rear deck....

I'm interested in how it looks next to the Panzer II, next to the Stuart, it kinds of dwarfs it, and I thought the Stuart was pretty large.

That is really a cool display, how high up are they hanging?, is there anyway we could see a little wider area where they are displayed, the 109 on fire is really great.

So, have you made a decision yet, is the Schwimmwagen going to be the next full build?
If it is, please put me down for one and let me know if you need a deposit or prepaided, thanks.

Re: Flying Undertaker.... 1/18th
Derek, I made a post after you admitted to making a mistake on the BST and that maybe I had misjudged you and maybe you were just trying to fit in alittle too hard, but you have proved me wrong. Not only have you still went against posted rules, you went on another forum and asked them not to let an...

Re: 1/6 DML Sherman
Guys, could we get back to the DML Sherman, I know there are some really great 1/6 tanks out there and I'm really interested in what everybody has found, I just don't want to let this thread drift too far off course . Maybe we need a sticky for 1/6 scale, seems we all like different scales and...

Hey now, if your going to make windsheilds, my second hand Kubel is missing the machinegun and mount and maybe some other parts I'm unaware of, oops, sounds like a 1:18 kubel could be next, I'm sure yours would be heads above the old 21st

Re: 1/6 DML Sherman
One more thing, actually the tracks will roll on this, the problem lies in the front drive sprocket and the rear idler ( the boogie wheels roll great ) they made these to roll on shafts, but no way to attach the sprocket or idler to the shafts. I'm sure that someone will be able to modify it so they...

Derek, again you seem to want to change things to benefit yourself, have you not missed the part that " ALL " members, including some of the most respected members here have to go by the rules?
I guess you missed the part about to get respect, you must first have to give it.

1:72 builds
Who builds 1:72 scale kits?, I have bought several and was wondering if there were any tricks to working with such small models, other than the fact I can't see when doing 1:6 stuff , so this will be a challenge, any tips would be appreciated, thanks.

Re: 1/6 DML Sherman
It is a really big model, I built a Dragon SAS jeep and was fortunate enough to get a Stuart from pickelhaub and found that 1:6 is as addictive as 1:18, 1:32 and any other scale, my problem is I like them all. The good thing is the wife does'nt even say anything anymore, just shakes her head and wal...

Re: 1/6 DML Sherman
I would really like DML to release either a Tiger or Panther, not sure where I would put it, but I would make sure to get one, I made a mistake on not getting a Panzer, now they are harder to find and the price reflects that.
