Where are you guys finding this FOV Micro Line? I know of no retailers in the Central Texas area. Online is the only place I have seen them. Todd They are talking about the "action" series that FOV produces. These can be found at Target right now, both tanks and planes. The "enthusiast" versions (m...

New 1/32 FOV Tiger 1

Anyone get the new FOV Tiger? If so, how does it look? I don't collect much of the 1/32 stuff, but in this livery (sPzAbt 505) I think I might have to grab one.

Hworth, you mentioned in the other forum, you had fixed the pitot tube situation on the FOV Stuka. Can you share what you did to correct it with us here (might help those who don't hang at the other one)? I'm not a Stuka expert, which pitot tube should come off and what was the color, and or brand o...

 Dude, don't be so hard on yourself! If you've got the pics out on a site like webshots or something like that you can post a link here. Actually, just PM P51 he's the graphics guru and he can tell you the best way to do it. I could try to explain it, but I'm afraid I would just confuse you! :D...

Okay, all this talk about the FOV Stukas made me have to run out and get one. Stopped at another Super Target here in Des Moines, IA and found the "Snake" Stuka. Another solid effort from FOV...paint is great, engine cover could fit a bit better, but again for the price, it is really well done! easy8

1/72 Armor Dioramas

Just curious, have any of you made your own version of the Cyber Hobby "Exclusives"? In other words, has anyone used their regular releases and built your own diorama? I was thinking about trying to do a few and would like to see some examples, if anyone has some.

I saw those on the other forum! They look really good! I really like the "snake" scheme. I'm looking forward to the Corsairs...I've been holding off buying Dragon's new bent wing birds in anticipation that FOV will come out with some solid looking stuff!

Good tips hworth...thanks! :) Hopefully I can make it work! And if I goof, I guess I can label my newly created gouge in the Sherman armor as a german round that "glanced off".

That was going to be my approach. What do you think? I thought about trimming what appears to be the rounded end of the barrel just a bit to allow for a flatter surface for drilling...it will be tricky, but I think it might work. I might even give myself a starting point by using a hobby knife and s...

Upon examing the FOV Action Series Sherman in the box at my local Target I noticed the gun barrell is not hollowed out. Is that the case for the enthusiast version too? Kind of annoying, but can be fixed.

I think the Tigers and King Tigers are due out in a few more weeks, maybe mid to late August. A member called "fovcollector" would be in the know on this one. He corresponds with FOV quite often.

I think FOV has done a great job with the action series, I picked up the night Hurricane at my local Target here in Des Moines, IA. After opening the box and setting it up, it looks really nice. My Target didn't have the Stukas, would have liked to grab one of those!

I also found the new FOV aircraft at a new Target that opened here in Des Moines, Iowa. They had the night fighter and the camo version both with cannons. Also had the Sherman and the Churchill. I grabbed the night fighter...$9.99. Sherman and Churchill were only $7.99. Haven't taken it out of the b...
