Im interested in the Norman and Crusader knights. Are they large like the Roman and can they be mounted on a horse? Also how durable are they? I have a bunch of 90mm Schleich knights and wonder how they might size up with them?

Seen em at TRu. Definately super looking figs. Almost bought all 3 of the marines. Think I'll wait until I see where this line goes. Too bad you can't find any armor in this scale. The figures also articulate at the shoulders and head somewhat. Now if they would only do ACW or ARW in this scale I'd ...

Oh yeah, about how much metal.
Gun, everything above the hull line is metal. Everything else is plastic.

But thats true of all FOV models always. Gun, turret and upper hull in metal, the rest in plastic.

Is this whats happening to the latest FOV releases? Plastic? The P39Q cobra is all metal but the Elefant is plastic?? Maybe only certain models. I know the FOV 88 is almost all plastic and had too many delicate breakable plastic pieces which is why I didn't buy it. I wargame with my models so they a...

Yes I must admit I have been very tempted myself each time I walk into target and see the 1/18 FOV WW2 guys. I treat 1/18 scale as a passing fancy, sorta like seeing a pretty face in the mall, you want to instantly jump on it/her.

I have seen several Pershing tanks at local hobby shops for around $40. In fact every Hobbypeople store I visit has at least one Pershing. I was going to pick up another one but will wait next month for the West coaster toy soldier show. Plenty of FOV dealers attand trying to unload their stuff. Las...

FOV at TRU

I spotted a king Tiger, Stug 3 and Tiger at TRU. Don't ever recall seeing any tigers there before. Now if it was the T34 or Panther I would have scoffed them right up.

I should hope your message equally applies to online venders as well, especially vendors that use open forums to promote their business.

Just wondering.

I just realized this is a WW2 plane. Never heard of it before. Even better, 1/2 of all built saw servive on the eastern front. Now I'm not so depressed. Please correct me if I'm mistaken.

1/32 FOV Jadgpanther at Target

Saw one here in So. Cal last night and almost picked it up but I have more 32nd FOV German armor than I could ever cram on the table. Have also seen FOV Tiger tanks more frequently at Target stores. All are the "action grade" but look every bit as good as the collector version. I actually perfer the...

My guess is FOV will have no problem selling the 88 at whatever price they go for. I've spoken to a couple of dealers and they said the FOV German 88 was the most popular back ordered item. I own the FOV Spit and P51 toy editions and the ME109 collector edition. They all are superb models. IMO compared to a Corgi, the FOV models are every ...

FOV 2nd wave dissapointment Just gripping

I noticed FOV has really cut back on the metal and added more plastic from the wave 1 to wave 2 vehicles. My German halftrack is sooo flimsy, pieces were breaking off just getting it out of the box and testing the movable parts. It weighs about 1/3 the weight of my M16 halftrack. This is my 3rd 2nd ...

FOV - T34 in TRU?

The sales clerk in TRU told me the FOV T34 will be on the shelves in a couple weeks at about 24.99. Did anybody also here this of is this? If so I may wait before paying 41.99.
