Badcat Exclusive bbi Mustangs?

Anyone know what the deal is with the 2 BCA exclusive BBI mustangs (Hurry Home Honey and Cripes A Mighty)??? I've been keeping an eye on ebay for them and haven't seen them show up for a while now. Have they become "rare" or something?

I was thinkinfg the same thing, when, I saw this figure. Any chance these will hit the mass market? nope, they're a specialty retailer exclusive, they have no plans for mass retail release. I've seen them at foxhole (as linked above) and smalljoes (a tiny bit cheaper on all but the shortpack figure...

Yeah, I'm holding off on them for the moment as well. They've still got 231 in stock and I'm hoping they reinstate the blammo discount on them. I'm also holding off on another order to see if they post anything new that I want (c'mon panzer IV's!!!). I've already made 6 or 7 separate orders and I'd ...

Yeah, I was thinking I really should order a few more just to have some spares for customs. When I put them in my cart I noticed that the blammo discount is no longer there so they're now $24.95 each even when you buy multiples. :(

Yeah, I'd say it's not even a question. I don't collect AC anymore and even I ordered one just because it's soooo cool. Now that I've seen it in person I'd say it was worth it at full price, at this price it's a must have.

Can you build a functional flame thrower? That would be cool. actually wouldn't be too hard to do with a couple of butane pencil torches, just modify and extend the brass neck and hide the fuel cell in the 251's tanks... I picked up a stack of those torches at harbor freight last year on ...

seriously, you should grab one, you'll kick yourself later if you pass on it, it's really nice and you can always keep it boxed in the attic until you get some extra groundspace.

I voted other, decided that the 251/10 makes the most sense as I could use the PAK for multiple customs.

Pickelhaube, I like the 251/17 that one looks cool. I'd agree but the pic posted (2nd from the top) is of the 251/17 ausf. C which is a whole different project. The ausf. D 17 with Flak 38 variant is no where near as cool and was much less common. http://www.missing-lynx.com/reviews/german/images/d...

this is one of my favorite vehicles for exactly this reason, there are so many cool variants to build. I've got tons of info on these, both books and a huge archive of images I've saved over the years. I'm off to lunch but I'll dig up some more variants when i get back. :D 251-10 w/3.7cm PAK - nice ...

Centone, the Scout car looks very cool! Is that the front half of the US halftrack? Thanks, that's just my cardboard mock up stuck on the front of a 21st halftrack (to test fit before I cut styrene). I'd say 9PM Central that way it's still early enough for Eastern and late enough for Pacific to be home from work. I usually list 7 or 10 day ending on Sunday. Buy it now is fine if you know what it's going to sell for, I rarely use it and just start everything at $9.99 and hope for the best.

yeah, a truckload of panzer IV's would be at the top of my wishlist for next to show up. I'd also love to get some more dodge's, especially beeps. A few spare pioneer 251's wouldn't hurt either.

It's supposed to be really nice outside tomorrow, do I dare to leave the MD refresh page???

I'd avoid it. Anyone too busy to talk and trying to rush anything is almost always a scam. If they're that busy where'd they find the time to get a money order printed out and mailed? If you do take it, I'll echo hworth18 and say that the only money order you should ever accept is an official USPS m...

here's some pics of mine that's in my "stalled" customs pile. I just stuck some styrene tubes on it to get the basic form with plans to make it fully covered with some fabric... someday I'll get it done. http://inlinethumb57.webshots.com/44664/2331249360051226484S425x425Q85.jpg http://inlinethumb57....
