I can see $40 in the project. If so, I would take it plain Jane without the proposed extras.

I vote for the M3 TD (also known as the T19) as long as it's the 105MM gun and the accompanying ammo storage racks.

When do you want the money? :D

RE: WHat does your Wife, Girlfriend, Friends, Mom, and Ect.

My wife has her own 'hobby' but is now starting to take an interest of the Historical side of these vehicles now, which is pretty cool.

There are always going to be those that complain about prices. I would just ask them if they could do it themselves at a better price?

Yup, this is a must have for me ... regardless of the cost. I already have collected the Tamiya electronics for the HL and then I need the drive train too for the Tamiya gearbox. These Profiline kits are very well made and the details are nice and crisp. I need to get some HL tanks to assemble the o...

I'd like a complete kit, so if you are making 3 tires and wheels I'm in for that.

All I want to do is paint it and put it together without any scrounging for additional tires or wheels.

If Hobby Lobby (the brick and mortor store) doesn't have what I want, then I go to eBay or Build-A-Rama.

Yeah, I buy books on about every project I get involved in. Then there are the temporary pictures and files I store on my desktop that I don't keep. Most are just close-up pictures of detailed areas I might be having difficult with, then discard when that is accomplished or the project is finished. ...

well you've basically restated my question, Panther F. Why is it that some people want their collections to 'size up' while others, like you, don't care about scale differences? Why doesn't it bother you that the Pershing is 12% bigger than it should be in comparison to the 1/18 tank it's beside? I...

REAL collectors don't worry over scale, as a matter of fact scale wasn't an issue 50 or 60 years ago. Scale only matters to those who want their collection to size up. I personally don't care if I have a 1/18th scale M48 sitting next to a 1/16th Pershing. The size difference doesn't bother me and is...

Yeah, but 'modelers' think they are a breed apart from the rest. They'll whine and cry over anything that just doesn't seem to fit their budget.

I'd like to drive a Rolls Royce, but I can't. You don't see me whining about it.
