On the retailer story, is this a reason why no one saw the F-16 in Toys R' Us? Is it going to be picked up by them with this new production run? I have two and they are incredible. The option of being able to customize your F-16 to a particular unit was great. One of mine is the Texas ANG from my ho...

Thanks for the feedback Mike. I get the picture on appearance and appeal. If the plane is considered a sellable aircraft but will rquire larger packaging to make it appealing (than say the F-18), would that aircraft still be produced?

True on the fuselage length and all but what about all that armament...lol. Of course there could be an accessory pack made with aircraft ordinance to customize your aircraft for particular missions. :D

True on the F-15 and F-14. The A-10 isn't however except for the two huge engines and a thick long wing. But like you said, they can work miracles on engineering them to fit into boxes. My main wonder is what BBI's thoughts on the size of these particular aircraft are? Like what they thought about t...

Can other modern aircraft like the F-15, F-14, and A-10 be fit inside the current box being used to package the F-16 and F-18? Does Blue Box Toys view these aircraft as being too big to produce? Just wondering. Thanks again for the input.

Maybe I'm reading between the lines here, speaking of the licensing and agreements subject, I read the A-10 that was done for Target was approved by Northrop Grumman. Surely they would approve of a "true" 1/18 scale A-10. They liked what was done with a partially accurate one. That would be a new ai...

An aircraft we have been begging for huh.....I believe it is an A-10!!! We have been begging for a Zero and it could be a Zero. But I believe that an A-10 is coming from them. We have been begging for it and the poll shows it. It would be the wisest modern aircraft addition in my opinion. PLEASE PLE...

It would just be nice to know what is REALLY going on at BBI with the 1/18 scale line. What direction are they going with it? Will there be more modern aircraft done? Will there be more WWII aircraft done? Will there be more Modern and WWII armor done? As consumers we need and have a right to know.....

Still, there needs to be more modern subjects tackled. There are still many subjects in aircraft, figures, and vehicles that could be produced. More variety needs to be given in the modern lines.

I agree with you Teamski on the A-10 and BBI. I hope that this recent release from them isn't the only A-10 they will put out. BBI needs to get back to doing originals like they did with the Apachie, Blackhawk, Kiowa, F-16, and F-18. Not recreating the wheel to see who can do it better. I'm really r...

If it's done to scale it will be close to 4 feet long from the information I've gathered on it's real life dimensions. That's alot of helicopter!!! Hope it is very close and looks good. Not short and stuby like the Blackhawk. Still it will be very cool. :D Aferg....a T-72 might not be that far fetch...

CH-54 from PTE

Hey guys check this out. I received this e-mail from GI Joe HQ today. Seems like PTE is making a CH-54 Skycrane. I sent an e-mail asking for more info and how accurate to 1/18 scale it will be. I'll post the response I get here for you. Here is the initial e-mail I received: "Ryan Mason" <axem25@yah...
