I went to my TRU today and they only had about 6 BBI's, which did not include the one I went for (Britt para "Sgt. Reid") on the side of the end cap. The rest of the isle was filled to the brim with this "True Heroes" crap. What's the deal?

That is a helpful link and it looks like some could work, but I am still interested in a detailed web tutorial so I can just do my own in the future.

I am working to make 1:18 mods of the cast of 'Combat!' and it has reached the point where they don't look right because the heads are not the heads of the characters.
