thanks KAMIKAZE and tmanthegreat

for an easy transaction and a lot of nice publicity on my Schurtzen.

I would thank the others who purchased, but in most cases I cannot relate screen names to real names and Ebay names.

I won't enter the contest as I am a friend of KAMIKAZE's, but I have this suggestion for somebody:

Having the 1/6th version would be a big help, but there are many reference photos on the web.

Jagdpanther conversion kit?

Who would be interested in a Jagdpanther conversion kit?

I am working on most of the parts to do one for myself, but the gun will require some specialized molding. If enough people are interested, I will check into getting a mold for it made.

PM me.

Those look just great, T-man. I'm impressed with your brackets. The latest batch I had cut include small plastic brackets that glue on the Schurtzen to hang them on the existing hooks - funtional, but not accurate like yours. I'm also very pleased that you are happy with the quality. That comes from...

I had some hanger brackets made up for these, which allow them to be removed. All new orders on Ebay will include them, and I am mailing them out for free to all those who already purchased the Schurtzen. Am a nice guy, or what? 8)

21st needs to see your work and get a few ideas    I agree. With the platforms they already have out there, the Stug IV, Brumbar, Jagdpanzer IV, Jagppanther, and Sturmtiger could all be made relatively cheaply. Tamiya has been doing variants of their basic tanks for decades, so i...

Rant: Walmart "distribution"

I check nine different Walmarts regularly in the northern half of San Antonio and nearby towns. I have yet to find an Avenger, any of the new 1:18 haltracks, or the 1:18 Pak 40. Yet I found 30 Pz IVs (both colors) at one store (none at the others) on clearance sale, and about a dozen Migs at another...

Stug IV finished pics

The Stug IV is finished, except for some weathering which will have to wait until the paint dries about a week. The Schurtzen are the ones I had laser cut and I am selling on Ebay. http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2006-11/1228693/stug-3.jpg http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2006-11/1228693/stug-4.jpg htt...

I know there were at least three different styles used. If these sell well, I will make the others.

That's coming. Still a long way to go.

Yeah, and that's one of their worst offerings. It looks like it has 32 flat tires or an Elefant was dropped on it.

Things are a little slow here, so I'll post a couple of pics of a Stug IV I'm working on. Sorry, no kits for this one - too much work. I don't know why 21st doesn't put out some of these variants. http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2006-11/1228693/stug-1.jpg http://img.villagephotos.com/p/2006-11/122869...

Did you do the conversion? Great work if you did.
I have the Schiffer book Ford at War, which covers only German Fords. They used everything they could get their hands on.
