Where can you get 1/18 BBi British Paratroopers these days?

WANTED: MIB (or not) 1/18 British Paratrooper "Gavin Re

Hi everyone. I have been wanting to get maybe four or more of these 1/18 WWII British "Gavin Reid" paratroopers for a while now. However, Small Joes and Foxhole Toys have now sold out of them and I was wondering if anyone had any that are MIB or at least a complete set. I can pay or trade some other...

Here's another link showing another few interesting examples especially the Makarov PM and AN-94. http://www.flickr.com/photos/kubcollector/538732377/sizes/o/ I suppose the one thing about these accessories (and figures of course) is that they are a little on the pricey side, though they are pretty ...

Kubrick and Medicom accessories

As we strive to find new avenues to fill the void left by 21st and the still working but for the meantime dormant factories of bbi I have been examining the Kubrick and Medicom brands, especially the Metal Gear Solid series and the Special forces series from Kubrick. I was wondering if any or their ...

Thanks for all the advice guys. Knew I could count on you. Well you've convinced me to do it all through Marauder Inc ( I was planing to get a few things through them anyway at some point). Looks like I can just ad the trigger guards myself or customize the AK-74 by cutting down the muzzles break a ...

Yes I know but I just saw a whole lot of the black AK-47s (about 10) for sale on ebay the other day and I liked the mould a little better than the marauder one. I suppose I could just customise the marauder one's myself but I just like having weapons with trigger guards to display in the background ...

A Question On 1/18 AK-47s

Sorry to be a bore but I've got another question to ask about people's opinions on the 25th Anniversary GI Joe AK-47s and whether they are compatible with 1/18 figures, namely the 21st century marine and Japanese infantry I am turning into Cold War African mercenaries and government soldiers. I've r...

Need advice on acquiring 1/18 M1 Carbine and SVD Dragunov

Hi everyone, as usual I am seeking your expert opinions on 1/18 firearms matters. This time it relates to the M1 Carbine and SVD Dragunov. So I was just wondering two things. First which M1 Carbine is better? The earlier one that comes with Corporal Tommy Brit Lamb: http://www.sshqdb.com/18/displayi...

I'm really just looking at the rifle Razor. I'm trying to come up with an extensive 1/18 small arms collection. Some people in 1/18 do armour, others do planes and I do small arms. I suppose for me its small arms for a small budget but thats my specialty. Rather different I know. It's also the area ...

Yeah from what I've seen the The bbi British Paratrooper Helmet could work well. Nice amount of camo netting on it. Maybe the bbi WWII US paratroopers helmets might work as well. I believe they are US M1 steel pattern.

How about some West German Bundeswehr soldiers from the Cold War. Easy Custom. All you need is an US M1 Helmet (Plenty of those around) or one of those Wehrmacht caps, Field Grey Uniform with the German flag pianted really small on the upper arm on both sleaves. For weaponary an FoV MG-42 painted as...

I was drawn to this topic and was wondering which M2 .50 Cal Machine gun is better? The Bravo Team one or the bbi one that came with the WWII figures?

I have 2 of the Bravo Team one with the ammunition box attached but I was wondering what the bbi one with the .50 Cal belt is like?

Thanks.

Ha ha ha ha.... ahhh I'm so envious! 1/18 XD are $13.50 to $17.50 Australian in town while most vehicles are over $60. Aircraft over $120. Even the 1/32 scale items are over $40 per set or vehicle. I suppose the one place that sells them does have a bit of a monopoly though. Still at least my 1960s/...
