More tanks!

I usually don't post in this kinda thread...you know wish lists, but from an armor fan...I am pretty sick of how many planes you aircraft lovers get  and how little tanks we have gotten. How many times has the P-51 been re-tooled..and how many times has our lonely old Sherman been repainted???...

New D-Day figures in OC - only 1 WM

Well found 1 set of new D-day figures at 1 WalMart out of the 4 I visited this morning. Toy aisles are like a mini-disaster zone (X-mas) and I had to walk up and down 2 aisles to find the figures I wanted cuz 2 were in one section and 2 were in another section and some were buried. Saw 12 Sabers (wi...

WOW!

Wow SB! A 1:18 articulated Knight! That is awesome! These figures look absolutely great! The fact that you can put all these different parts together and make something that looks like it was made that way! Fantastic! I looked at some of your images you linked me (when I posted the SHS stuff) and yo...

pretty dry in OC Walmarts

Well just got done with a run of 6 Wallies in the Orange County (CA) area and boy was that disappointing...not even a sign of any of the new vehicles (Pak40 case) or any of the new figures. I hope this is not a sign of how the local Walmarts are going to handle XD distribution. Saw 2 Korea Sabers in...

New Vehicles aquired

Hello all, Well I was able to get the vehicles I was looking for out of the new 4. Saw them all...but not local! To my surprise I was able to score them at a Las Vegas Wally over the T-day week. So sorry SoCal-ers I have not seen anything in our AO yet! And thanks to someone on this board mentioning...

And usually someone posts here about something new and within a few days at least 1 of the Wallies near me has it....

Hi Mike...since you have been away I just wanted to ask this question again... Hello Mike, I just saw BBi's/Merits display of a testudo formation at AWOH and that got me hooked! I have had good personal experience

Hey ParatrooperCarbine, I live about 1 hour away from their store and I always visit their booth when they are at cons. They have a good reputation here in SoCal but I don't know about their online stuff. Keep in mind, they are also at Comic Con so maybe that might be why it is taking them a little ...

Re: San Diego ComicCon

I've been down here in San Diego since Wednesday night, and sadly, there is absolutely nothing here as far as 1:18 scale military goes. What a dissapointment. Last year was great with 21stCentury's huge display and exclusives. The merit booth that has BBi stuff was just sad. Your local Toys R Us ha...

Pretty slick! mmmmm..... How much for the Testudo? $5 or so per figure...... -Ski I saw the figures at the show for $6 ea. That is also the price online. So without shipping or tax that testudo is 9 x 6 = 54...x $6 = $324 For army builders I know this is a really fair price! Hope they come out with...
